문제해결중심의 강의가 학생들에게 미치는 영향연구

국문 초록

본고는 <사고와표현1> 제시되어 있는 「사고와 토론」 문제분석을 토대로 교과목표를 달성을 위한 효과적인 교수방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 조선대학교 교재 <사고와표현1>에 제시되어 있는 「사고와 토론」의 문제분석 토대로 <사고와 표현1>은 문제해결중심의 교과라는 사실을 확인하였다. 문제해결중심의 학습은 학습자가 스스로 주어진 문제를 해결하고 자신의 견해 등을 제시하는데 까지 나아간다. 그런 점에서 <사고와 표현1>의 교수법 역시 문제해결중심이어야 하며 교수자는 조력자 역할에 충실하여야 한다는 것을 확인하였다. 자기주도적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 교수법을 수업에 적용한 결과 자기주도적으로 문제를 해결하는 것이 학생들에게 미치는 영향이 지대하다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 학습자들이 제출한 보고서를 분석하여 보니 자기주도적으로 문제를 해결한 후 사실을 이해하는 능력이 신장 되었고, 성찰하는 과정을 통해 역사의 중요성에 대해 인식하게 되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 자기성찰과 역사의 중요성을 인지하는 것에 그치지 않고 실천으로 옮긴 학생의 사례를 통해 자기주도적으로 문제를 해결하는 것이 높은 학습의 성과로 이어진다는 것도 확인하였다. 이것은 자기주도적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 하는 교수법이 학생들에게 미치는 영향이 지대하다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 자기주도적인 문제해결은 학습자의 문제해결 능력의 신장뿐만 아니라 사고의 변화가 행동의 변화까지 수반한다는 것을 확인한 것으로 이 사례는 대학교양 교육의 한 방향성을 제시해준다고 하겠다.

영문 초록

In this study, we tried to derive an effective teaching plan for achieving objectives in class by basing on the analysis about the problems in book which is used in Thinking and Expression class of Chosun University. Research subject for this teaching plan was specified with the analysis and application of the teaching case based on the report submitted by one selected class among the other classes taking in the lecture Thinking And Expressions 1 in first semester of 2014. Heres the sum of folloring conseqencs. We can find that Thinking and Expressions I subject is focused on solving problems by the analysis of problems in the book Thinking and Discussion used in Chosun University. Study focusing on solving problems advances that learner himself solves the giving problem and presents his own view or analysis about the problem. By this we could confirm that Teaching plan in the Thinking and Expression I should also focus on solving problem and teacher should participate devotedly in supporting role. After presenting the teaching plan that students can solve the problems in self-initiated manners and applied it in the lecture, we could find out that their solving in self-initiated manners affects greatly to the students. So we made students to write a single phase and asked them find the material and to analysis it for themselves. We could confirm that students extended their ability of understanding the fact after solving the problems in self-initiate manners by analyzing the reports submitted by the student. And in the processes, they recognize the importance of history. Though the case of the student not just recognizing the importance of history and self look-back book acted in real situation, we also confirmed again that self-initiative solving method is followed by high-rate of study. this, once again, means that teaching plan enables self initiative methods affects greatly to the students. So by confirming that solving problems in self-initiative manners not just extends the ability of solving problems but also changes in the mind entails changes in actions. We can say that this case indicates one directionality of educations about the manners in university.
