한남대 글쓰기 수업의 효율적 글쓰기 훈련 사례 연구

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 효율적인 글쓰기 수업을 위해서 그동안 교수중심으로 진행되었던 글쓰기 훈련을 글쓰기 상담교실과 연계할 것을 제안한다. 수요자 중심의 글쓰기, 과정중심의 글쓰기에서 글쓰기의 주체는 학생이어야 하며, 교수자는 협력적, 보조적, 상담자적 역할을 해야 한다. 이에 한남대학교 ‘글쓰기’ 교과를 수강한 학생을 대상으로 글쓰기 상담교실의 연계 효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 글쓰기 교과가 갖는 여러 가지 한계를 채워줄 수 있는 효과적인 글쓰기 훈련 방안을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 이에 ‘강의→글쓰기(1차)→동료첨삭→고쳐 쓰기(2차)→글쓰기 상담교실→고쳐 쓰기(3차)→담당교수제출’로 글쓰기 과정을 설계하였다. 이 과정에서는 담당교수의 개입을 최소화하고 학생의 역할을 늘렸다. 지속적, 반복적인 첨삭과 고쳐 쓰기 과정을 통해 학생들은 쓰기의 과정을 이해하였다. 뿐만 아니라 첨삭과 고쳐 쓰기를 통해 자신의 글을 객관화하고 부족한 점을 인식하는 자기반성과 체득을 훈련할 수 있었다. 글쓰기 상담교실의 상담은 학생들의 글쓰기에 대한 심리적 부담감은 덜어주었으며, 상담자, 조력자의 역할을 하였다. 이는 글쓰기의 주체를 학생으로, 글쓰기 교과의 보조적 수단으로, 글쓰기 훈련의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 대안으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study proposes to link writing training, led by professors, with writing counseling class for efficient writing class. In demand-centered and process-oriented writing, the subject of writing should be the student, and the instructor should be cooperative, supportive, and a counselor. The effects of the writing counseling class were examined for students who have taken the ‘Writing’ course at Hannam University. The purpose of this study is to find an effective writing training plan that can meet various limitations of writing curriculum. The writing process was designed as ‘lecture → writing(1st) → peer correction → rewriting(2nd) → writing counseling class → rewriting (3rd) → submitting to a professor’. This process minimized the involvement of professors and increased the student’s role. Through the continuous and repetitive correction and rewriting process, students understood the process of writing. In addition, through correcting and rewriting, they were able to train self-reflection and acquisition in order to objectify their writing and recognize their lack. Counseling in the writing counseling class eased student’s psychological burden on writing and served as counselors and assistants. It is expected to work as an alternative to make a student the subject of writing, and to increase the efficiency of writing training as auxiliary means of the writing curriculum.
