国会会議録における丁重語の使用実態

국문 초록

本稿では、｢参る｣｢申す｣｢いたす｣｢おる｣｢存じる｣という丁重語がどのような形とどのような頻度で用いられているのか、その使用実態の調査·記述を行った。調査は、国会会議録検索システムを利用して、丁重語を含む該當会議録の件数と発言部分の該當箇所を検索し、使用状況を調べる方法で行った。 その結果、丁重語の様々な語形が大量に出現することが確認できたが、特に、｢いたす｣と｢おる｣は発言の該當箇所が非常に多く、他の動詞より頻用されるものとして目立つ。各動詞による使用傾向は、(1)｢参る｣は、補助動詞として用いられる平仮名表記の｢まいる｣の出現が多く、丁寧形以外に｢まいりたい｣という形式が多用される、(2)｢申す｣は｢申します｣｢申しました｣という丁寧形がよく現れる、(3)｢いたす｣はほぼ全会議録に現れ、丁寧形全般の出現が多い、(4)｢おる｣は発言の該當箇所が一番多く、普通形の ｢おる｣と丁寧形の｢おります｣の出現が多い、(5)｢存じる｣は丁重語の中では相対的に少ない出現を見せており、主に｢存じます｣という形で現れやすい。さらに、出現の多い形式には多くの割合を占める定型的な表現があることも確認した。

영문 초록

This paper examines the use of Teichogo, “MAIRU”, “MOUSU”, “ITASU”, “ORU”, and “ZONJIRU”. The survey was conducted by using the diet record search system to search the number of minutes and statements containing Teichogo. As a result, it was revealed that various forms of Teichogo appeared in large numbers, in particular, “ITASU” and “ORU” had a large number of corresponding parts of the statements, and were prominently used more frequently than other verbs. The tendency of usage by each verb is as follows: (1)“MAIRU” often appears in hiragana, which is used as an auxiliary verb, and the form “MAIRITAI” is more used than polite form. (2)The polite forms such as “MOUSHIMASU” and “MOUSHIMASHITA” often appear. (3)“ITASU” appears in almost all the minutes, and many polite forms generally appear. (4)“ORU” has the most corresponding parts of the statements, and there are many plain forms “ORU” and polite forms “ORIMASU”. (5)“ZONJIRU” appears relatively less than other Teichogo, and is likely to appear mainly in the form of “ZONJMASU”. In addition, there are stereotypical expressions that account for a large proportion of Teichogo forms that appear.
