여성 사무직 근로자의 직무스트레스에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 진료비 심사를 주 업무로 하는 여성사무직근로자들을 대상으로 심사업무를 담당하는 근로자와 심사를 담당하지 않는 근로자의 직무스트레스 수준을 파악하고, 스트레스 고위험군과 위험요인 및 관련성을 파악하고자 실시된 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 서울소재 일개 회사의 여성사무직근로자 126명을 대상으로 하였고, 2007년도와 2008년도 각 2월에 두 번에 걸쳐 자료 수집하였다. 자료분석 방법은 직무스트레스를 직무요구도, 직무재량도, 상사지지도, 동료지지도 네 영역으로 나누어 SPSS 17.0 버전으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 심사를 주 업무로 하는 여성사무직근로자의 직무스트레스 수준은 일반 여성근로자의 스트레스 평균치보다 비교적 높았고, 직무스트레스 영역 중 직무요구도가 가장 높았다. 또한 육체적 부담정도가 클수록 직무요구도와 상사ㆍ동료지지도 모두 높아지는 결과를 보였고, 직무요구도와 상사ㆍ동료지지도가 높을수록 스트레스 고위험군에 속할 가능성이 증가했다. 따라서 여성사무직근로자의 육체적 부담정도를 낮추고, 심사업무를 담당하는 근로자의 직무요구도 스트레스를 예방 및 관리할 수 있는 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is dedicated to female white-collar workers who are examiners and non-examiners to identify the level of job stress, risk factors and relevance of research. The subjects of this study are 126 female white-collar workers who working in a company in Seoul and data were collected twice time on February 2007 and February 2008 using intranet of the company. We analyzed the survey data using SPSS statistics 17.0 version. This study has shown that the stress level of female white-collar workers who has main duty of examining medical expenses is relatively higher than the average stress of women workers and the part of job demand was the highest in the area of the job stress. Also, the larger the degree of the physical pressure level higher job demand, senior’s support and peer’s support was high and the higher job demand, senior’s support and peer’s support a high risk group of stress was increased. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the physical pressure level of female white-collar workers. Also, to prevent and management programs of workers stress should be provided in the job demand of workers who are responsible for examining medical expenses.
