간호대학생의 기본심폐소생술에 대한 지식과 태도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 응급간호의 질향상을 위하여 간호대학생의 기본심폐소생술에 대한 지식과 태도에 대하여 알아보고 기본심폐소생술에 대한 태도(신념, 감정, 행동)에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료는 경남에 위치한 전문대학교(4년제) 1개교와 종합대학교 1개교, 2개교의 간호학과에서 1학년을 제외한 242명을 대상으로 2012년 9월에서 10월까지 자가보고법으로 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 20.0 Program을 활용하였으며 기술통계, t-test 및 ANOVA를 이용한 차이검증, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석 등으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 기본심폐소생술 지식점수의 평균(범위)점수는 12.01(0-20)점이었다. 기본심폐소생술에 대한 태도점수의 평균(범위)점수는 총점이 71.06(16-94)점이었으며, 신념요소는 11.06(3-12)점, 감정요소는 49.93(10-70)점, 행동요소는 10.60(3-12)점이었다. 대상자의 기본심폐소생술에 대한 지식은 태도(r=.220, p=.001) 및 요소별 태도인 신념요소(r=.230, p<.001), 감정요소(r=.183, p=.004), 행동요소(r=.228, p<.001) 모두와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 기본심폐소생술에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 지식과 성별이 확인되었으며(F=13.64, p<.001) 설명력은 13.6%인 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 간호대학생의 기본심폐소생술에 대한 긍정적인 태도형성을 위하여 지식향상은 중요한 역할을 하므로 본 연구 결과를 고려한 지식향상 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요하며 추후 이들의 효과를 확인하는 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of knowledge and attitude about cardiopulmonary resuscitation for nursing students. 242 nursing students enrolled in a department of nursing. Data were collected from September 2012 to October 2012 by the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and enter method multiple regression using for SPSS 20.0 Windows. The results of this study were as followed. Subjects’ knowledge score of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was average 12.01±2.69 and their total attitude score average 71.06±8.54. Belief component mean score is 11.06±1.09, affective component mean score is 49.93±7.20 and behavioral component mean score is 10.60±1.36. Knowledge about cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) had positive correlations with total attitude and cognitive, affective, and behavioral attitude component. As a multiple regression model in this study, gender was the most powerful factor to attitude about CPR and the next factor was knowledge about CPR. These variables explained 13.6% of the total variance in attitude about CPR. Based on the finding of this study, it is needed to continue a nursing education programs on cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
