공조시스템 계획단계에서 경제성 평가를 위한 에너지비용 간이 추정법 분석

국문 초록

공조시스템의 계획단계에서 최적의 대안을 선정하기 위해서는 건축주의 요구사항을 바탕으로 에너지 절약성 및 경제성과 같은 현실적인 내용을 반영하여야 한다. 그러나 LCC 분석을 실시하기 위해서는 기본적으로 내용년수, 물가상승률, 할인율 등과 같은 전제조건이 설정되어야 할 뿐만 아니라 사용에 어려움이 따르는 시스템 시뮬레이션에 의해 정확한 연간 에너지소비량이 산출되어야 하며, 이를 바탕으로 에너지원 및 공조시스템에 대한 초기투자비의 계산체계를 고려하여 LCC를 분석해야 하는 다소 복잡한 과정을 지니고 있다. 이로 인해 설비 설계자는 계획단계에서부터 경제성 평가에 의해 공조시스템을 선정하지 못하고 있는 문제점이 존재하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공조시스템 계획단계에서 건축기계설비 설계자가 보다 간편하게 경제성을 평가할 수 있는 에너지비용(LCCEC) 개념을 정의하여 제안하고, 이를 SAS(statistical analysis system) 통계 프로그램에 의한 다중회귀분석을 통해 추정하고, 이를 검증한 결과 매우 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In general, equipment designers should basically set up preconditions such as useful life, price escalation rate, interest rate, etc. as well as consider a calculation algorithm of source energy and HVAC system, which is a complex process for life cycle costing. For this reason, they tend to plan heat source systems, without a thorough investigation on economics of alternative systems at the design phase. In order to offer an evaluation method for equipment designers to analyze economics of an alternative HVAC system easily at the design phase, this research would define and suggest the simplified economics evaluation method(LCCEC) through analysis of existing papers for economics evaluation, and examine validity through comparison of energy cost(LCCEC) values and life cycle costing values(LCC15). Especially, regression equations for six alternative systems are suggested by using Statistical Analysis System program for office buildings and validated through investigation of T-test. The result of the validation, regression equations is appeared as significance.
