국문 초록

2008년도 1월의 형상학회 참가자를 대상으로 형상진단기기 개발을 위한 수요조사를 실행하고 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 1. 형상학회 참가자들은 전통적인 보수 경향성과 형상의학에 대하여 강한 지지를 보내고 있으며, 임상에서 가장 중요하고 활용도가 높은 전통적인 병증체계는 장부병증으로 나타났다. 2. 임상치료기술의 경우, 한방 진단방법 중에서 중요하게 생각하고 활용하는 방법은 望診, 問診이 높게 나타났다. 3. 형상 진단의 기전과 표준화 연구에 적합한 연구방법론으로 병증과 형상에 대한 임상데이터 구축이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 형상의학의 분야중 활용도가 높은 내용은 담방광체와 정신기혈로, 임상 효과를 우수하게 발휘하는 분야는 부인-소아과 질환 및 만성 생활습관병질환으로 나타났다. 4. 진단에서 형상의학의 활용도는 전적인 활용도와 형상감별이 뚜렷한 사람만 적용하는 선택적 활용의 경우가 절대적으로 나타났으며, 형상의학 치료효과는 매우 뛰어난 경우와 효과 있는 경우가 다수를 차지하였다. 5. 임상에서 진단기기 활용의 이유로 기기 측정기술과 데이터의 신뢰, 전통적 진단기술이 부족한 점을 보충하는 점, 환자 설명 자료로의 활용, 한의학의 단점인 객관화 부족을 보충하는 점 등을 들었다. 또한 문제점으로 측정기술과 데이터의 신뢰성 부족, 전통 진단법을 보조하기엔 적절하지 못함, 환자 설명 활용에 부족함 등으로 나타났다. 6. 희망하는 형상진단기기의 주요성능은 형상유형감별로 나타났다. 7. 형상진단기 개발에 선행되어야 할 기반연구로는 형상 찾기의 기준과 부위 확립이 중요하게 나타났다.

영문 초록

In Jan. 2008, the Hyung Sang Academy surveyed the participants to know the demand for the development of The 3D facial scanner and the results are listed below. 1. The oriental doctors who participated in the HyungSang Medicine Academy had the traditional medical conservatism and supported the HyungSang medicine. The most important applicable traditional system for symptoms of disease proved Internal Organs pathogenesis. 2. Considering the increased uses in the clinic, the most important methods of the clinic turn out inspection, inquiry. 3. The principles of HyungSang diagnosis and the standardization researches have showed that the construction of the clinic data is the most appropriate method of the study. The highest efficiency have showed in Dam-body, BangKwang, which have had the most effective result in gynecology and chronic diseases. 4. In the diagnosis, the application of the HyungSang medicine showed absolutly the whole application and the case of application about clear HyungSang discrimination. 5. In the clinic, the necessity of the oriental diagnostic instruments, was the trust of the measurement techniques and data, the supplementation of the insufficiency of traditional diagnostic techniques, the application of the explanation data and the supplementation of the insufficiency of objectivity. 6. HyungSang diagnostic instruments deliver the best performance in discriminating the HyungSang types. 7. The preceding basic reseach of the development of the 3D facial scanner was the standard and the establishment of the region for the HyungSang discovery.
