흡연자들의 보상민감성 수준에 따른 태도가 흡연추구행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 흡연자의 보상민감성 수준에 따른 외현적 태도와 암묵적 태도가 흡연추구행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 301명을 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 흡연자 고 보상민감집단(n=15), 흡연자 저 보상민감집단(n=15), 비흡연자 고 보상민감집단(n=15), 비흡연자 저 보상민감집단(n=16)으로 구분하여 실험을 실시하였다. 61명의 실험참가자들(평균연령=22.6(±2.6)세)은 암묵적 태도 측정치인 IAT 과제를 수행하고 외현적 태도, 흡연의도, 갈망정도를 측정하는 설문지를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 흡연자는 비흡연자에 비해 흡연에 대해 외현적 태도가 더욱 긍정적이었다. 암묵적 태도에 대해서도 흡연자가 비흡연자에 비해 흡연에 대해 더욱 긍정적 태도를 가지고 있었고, 보상민감성이 높은 흡연자 또는 비흡연자가 보상민감성이 낮은 흡연자 또는 비흡연자에 비해 더욱 긍정적 암묵적 태도를 지니고 있었다. 또한 외현적 태도는 의식적 흡연의도와 유의미한 정적상관관계가 있었고, 흡연자의 보상민감성은 갈망과 정적상관관계가 있었다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the effect of attitude toward smoking depending on the level of sensitivity to reward on drug-seeking behavior. To test this purpose, 61 college students(M age=22.6, SD=2.6) were divided into four groups(high reward sensitive smoker, n=15, low reward sensitive smoker, n=15, high reward sensitive non-smoker, n=15, low reward sensitive non-smoker, n=16). The participants conducted the IAT task and completed explicit attitude, smoking intention, and their craving questionnaire subsequently. As a result, according to explicit smoking attitude, there was significant main effect of current smoking status. In case of implicit attitude, there was significant main effect of sensitivity to reward and current smoking status. Also, explicit attitude was correlated with smoking intention and smokers’ reward sensitivity was correlated with craving.
