국문 초록

1997년 IMF이후 수산업 협동조합은 여러 문제점의 대두로 경영의 어려움이 가중되고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 개선하고자 구조조정과 경영개선을 추진하고 있으나, 이를 좀더 효과적으로 추진하기 위해서는 경영 상태에 따른 특성을 올바로 반영한 차별적 경영개선 전략이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 회원조합의 경영 상태를 3범주(정상, 부실우려, 부실)로 진단할 수 있는 경영특성을 확인하여 회원조합의 부실진단 조기경보 모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 데이터 마이닝(data mining) 기법 중 하나인 의사결정 나무분석을 이용하여 일반 모형을 도출하였다. 이를 위하여 SPSS의 클레멘타인(Clementine)을 통해 CART 알고리즘을 적용하여 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과 최종적으로 총 9개의 세분화 규칙을 도출하고 분류된 특성을 바탕으로 전략추진 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The management and financial difficulties of Suhyup Association has been increased since IMF crisis on 1997. Several kinds of management improvement strategy and restructuring trials were applied to the association. However, the new distinct management approaches based on key characteristics of the current management status are necessary to drive the management improvement strategy, effectively. In this paper, we propose an early warning model which is useful for the diagnostic evaluation of management status for the individual member of the association, classified as normal, alarm and bankrupt. To find the model, the decision tree analysis, an analytic tool in data mining, is applied and Clementine from SPSS with CART algorithm is used for the realization of the proposed model. The nine discriminant rules are proposed and the direction of driving strategy is briefly discussed.
