부산시 상업기능의 도시공간적 분포변화특성 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산의 상업기능이 도시의 확대, 도시 내 교통수단의 발달, 고용기회의 증대, 인구성장, 거주지역의 외연적 확대 등 여러 가지 요인에 의해 공간입지 변화가 발생하였을 것이라는 가정에서 상업기능과 공간입지가 어떤 관계를 구성하고 있는가를 밝히는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 상업공간입지의 분포변화 특성분석을 위한 모형으로 LQ(입지상)지수를 이용하였다. LQ지수를 이용한 상업기능의 분포변화 특성분석을 위하여 상업기능 중 개인의 생활 활동 및 구매활동과 관련이 깊은 한국표준산업분류상의 판매기능에 해당하는 도·소매업, 음식·숙박업 등 6개 세 분류 업종을 분석 대상으로 하였으며, 이들 업종의 고용자수를 기초 자료로 이용하여 1991년과 2001년을 비교시점으로 분석하였다.그 결과 부산의 판매기능 공간분포 변화는 기존 남포·광복동의 원도심지역과 신도심지역인 서면을 연결하는 중앙로를 중심으로 발달했던 상업기능지역이 가야로를 따라 사상부도심지역으로만 물리적·기능적 집중현상이 다소 나타나고 있음이 확인되었다. 이는 지난10년 동안 소득의 증가, 교통수단의 발달, 거주지역의 외연적 확산이라는 시간적 변화와 이에 따른 여건변화에도 불구하고 시 외곽 부도심·주거 밀집지역으로의 판매기능에 대한 공간적 분포 및 특화정도의 변화는 그 정도가 미약했음을 의미하는 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to explore the relations between commercial function and space locations on the assumption that the commercial function of Busan will suffer some changes in space locations by means of a variety of factors such as city expansion, transportation improvement, population growth, the increase of employment opportunities, and the external expansion of residence areas. LQ(Location Quotient) index was used as a model to analyze the distribution change of commercial space locations in the study. I dealt with 6 fields of wholesale and retail trade, restaurant business and lodging business, and so on, which correspond to the selling function of the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and are closely related to daily living activity and purchase activity, as the subject of analysis in it. I subsequently analyzed the data of the year 1991 and 2001 each and compared the two by using the numbers of businesses and employees in these fields as a preliminary data.The results showed that the space distribution of the selling function of Busan was slightly changed; it was identified that the physical and functional concentration of the commercial function areas which had been developed alongside Jungang-ro connecting the original downtown including Nampo-dong and Gwangbok-dong and the new downtown of Semyeon also began to appear in the subcenter of Sasang along Gaya-ro. It means that the spatial distribution of the selling function as well as the extent of specialization of it was slightly changed although change of some circumstances of income increasement, transportation improvement, and the external expansion of residence areas occurred for the last 10 years.
