한국과 미국의 이문화 가치지향성 변화추이에 관한 연구

국문 초록

한국과 미국 청년의 이문화 변화추이에 관한 연구로서 동양문화권의 한국 중심 문화요인으로 미국과 한국을 비교분석하고자 한다. 특히 요인으로 ‘전통적 사회관습’, ‘사회적 조화성’, ‘신분제도 중시’, ‘장기적, 미래지향성’, ‘조직에 대한 충성심’, ‘신분의 상하관계’, ‘체면중시 사회’ 요인이 한국과 미국 청년 비교분석과 가치지향적 차이 분석을 하고자 한다. 시대환경변화로 이문화가 어떻게 변화하는 가를 한국 문화가치지향성 요인을 중심으로 미국과의 관계를 연구하고, 서구사회의 이문화 추이를 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과는 “신분제도를 중시”하는 요인만 한국이 높게 나타났으며, 전통적 사회관습, 장기적 미래지향성, 조직에 대한 충성심, 신분의 상하관계성 등의 요인은 미국 응답자가 높게 응답하였다. 이는 이문화 가치지향성이 변화하고 있다는 결론을 얻을 수 있다. 아울러 한국 중심의 이문화 가치지향성 요인을 추출하여 대응표본 t-검정 결과 사회적 신분제도는 한국 청년이 더 높으며, 체면중시성 사회는 한국과 미국 청년 모두 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 미국청년이 오히려, 전통을 중시하고 사회적 관습을 중시하며, 사회적 조화를 중시하며, 조직에 대한 충성심이 강하며, 장기적이며 미래지향성이며, 조직의 신분에 대한 상하관계가 더 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 미국청년의 이문화 가치지향이 동양권인 한국과 비교했을 때 많은 변화추이를 나타내고 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

As a study on the trends of intercultural change of Korean and American young people, we will compare the US and Korea as the cultural factors of the oriental culture. Particularly, factors such as traditional social customs , social harmony , emphasis on the class system , long-term and future-oriented , loyalty to the organization , I would like to analyze the comparative analysis of US youth and value - oriented differences. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between the US and the US, focusing on the cultural value orientation factors of the Korean culture, and to derive the transcultural trends of Western society. The results of this study showed that the respondents of the US responded highly to factors such as traditional social custom, long-term future orientation, loyalty to the organization, and up-down relationship of identity. It can be concluded that the cultural value orientation is changing. In addition, the value of cultural-value orientation in Korea was extracted, and as a result of the response sample t-test, the Korean social status system was higher than that of Korean youth. On the other hand, it was analyzed that American young people focused on tradition, emphasized social customs, emphasized social harmony, strong loyalty to the organization, long - term and future - oriented, This shows that the trend toward the value of cross - cultural values of American youth shows a lot of changes in comparison with Korea, which is an Asian country.
