국문 초록

본 연구에서는 UAV 3D 모델링 영상을 이용해 건축경계선을 추출하고, 이 성과를 건축물 현황도 및 TS 관측성과와의 비교 분석을 통해 지적재조사사업에서의 건물등록 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 실험지역 건축물을 대상으로 총 64점의 외벽 경계점을 추출하고 이에 대한 정확도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 건물경계선 추출이 가능한 점은 56점이었으며 이 점들에 대해 RMSE 분석결과, X=0.035m, Y=0.036m, 연결교차=0.051m으로 나타나 건물경계선의 등록이 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. 건물경계선 추출에 한계가 있었던 8점은 음영폐색, 외벽의 굴곡, 처마 가림 등이 원인인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 성과 인정범위를 초과하는 외벽 경계점에 대해서는 TS 방식을 연계해 등록한다면 보다 효율적으로 지적재조사사업에서 건축등록이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

In this study, building boundary were extracted using UAV 3D modeling images. In addition, the purpose of this study was to present the possibility of building registration in the cadastral re-survey project through comparative analysis of the building status maps and TS observations. To this end, a total of 64 building boundary points were extracted from buildings in the study area and the accuracy was analyzed. As a result of analysis, 56 points were allowed to extract the building boundary. As a result of RMSE analysis on these points, it was analyzed that it is possible to register the building boundary as X=0.035m, Y=0.036m, and connecting intersect = 0.051m. Eight points, which had limitations in the extraction of the building boundary, appeared to be caused by obstruction of the shade, curvature of the outer wall, and eaves. Therefore, it is expected that building registration in the cadastral re-survey project will be more efficient if the building boundary points exceeding the allowable tolerance are registered in conjunction with the TS method.
