국문 초록

이 연구는 경찰의 신상정보 등록 대상자에 대한 관리·감독상의 시스템이 여성청소년과 수사관의 인식 또는 태도, 그리고 업무 오류에 대한 불안감과 실무 현장에서의 안전도 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 신상정보 등록제도 담당 수사관 3명을 대상으로 내러티브 탐구를 하였다. 이전의 다수 연구와 달리 법률적 쟁점에 대해 논하기보다는 신상정보 등록제도를 담당하는 경찰의 입장에서 정책적·실무적인 접근방식의 어려움 즉, 여성청소년과 수사관으로서의 현실적인 문제점을 공감하고 이해하며 향후 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하였다. 연구결과 연구 참여자는 자신의 업무를 수행하는 과정에서 신상정보 등록 대상자에 대한 현장 대면 방식, 그들 스스로에 대한 낙인과 편견의 거부반응에 의한 마찰 등 부정적 경험으로 발생한 다양한 스트레스와 마주하고 있었다. 연구 참여자는 과도한 업무 스트레스와 함께 성범죄의 재범 억제 차원에서의 부서 만족감을 내적 병행하고 있었으며, 이 부분이 여성청소년과의 업무 지속성과 개인별 부서이동에 대한 선택을 좌우하고 있었다. 이 연구는 신상정보등록대상자를 현장에서 마주하는 실무 여성청소년과 수사관의 현장텍스트에 대한 정보를 활용하여 신상정보 등록 대상자 관리방안에 대한 이해를 돕고 향후 개선방안에 대한 인식에 영향을 주었다는데 충분한 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of police s management and supervision system on the perception or attitude of female adolescents and investigators, anxiety about work errors, and perception of safety in the field of work.,Unlike previous studies, it suggested the difficulties of policy and practical approach from the viewpoint of the police in charge of the personal information registration system rather than discussing legal issues, that is, sympathy and understanding the realistic problems as female youth and investigators, and the direction to move forward. The research participants were faced with various stresses caused by negative experiences such as face-to-face manners of sex offenders, stigma against themselves, and friction caused by rejection of prejudice during their work, The participants were working with excessive stress and department satisfaction in order to suppress recidivism of sex crimes, and this part was affecting the continuity of work with female adolescents and the choice of individual departmental movements. This study is meaningful in that it helps understanding of the management plan of sex offenders and influences on the recognition of future improvement plan by utilizing information about field text of female youth and investigators in the field unlike previous studies.
