국문 초록

이 연구는 청소년 범죄 및 문제행동을 중심으로 신학적 분석과 치료에 대한 사전적 연구라 할 수 있다. 다양한 사회의 범죄나 사건, 사고 중 청소년에 집중한 이유는 청소년 범죄의 질적 악화 추세에 더해 미래 성인범죄로 발전할 가능성과 재범, 누범 등 직업범죄화 하는 범죄양상에 주목하였다. 세간을 떠들썩하게 만들 강력, 연쇄범죄자들의 경우 청소년기의 사회부적응 요소들이 크게 영향을 미친 것으로 드러난다. 따라서 성인범으로 연결된 청소년기의 문제 사례를 최대한 조사하였다. 또한 청소년범죄의 현황과 문제점을 분석하며 문제점 분석을 기반으로 국가사회전반의 일반적 대응방안을 검토할 예정이다. 제도나 현실적 대응이 청소년범죄의 근본대책으로 부족함은 여러 연구결과들이 보여주고 있다. 이 연구의 핵심과제라 할 수 있는 것은 신학적 접근과 대응방안에 있다. 위의 선행연구의 대부분이 성경적 관점에서 청소년 문제를 보고 돌봄, 회복, 상담 등 재활 노력들이 실천될 것을 요구한다. 하나님이 창조하시고 운행하고 계시지만 인류의 타락으로 왜곡된 세상적 사건들이 빈발하는 현실이다. 기독교 병리학은 특별계시로서의 성경의 권위를 중심으로 기독교 전통의 유산을 진지하게 탐구하고 현대 심리학의 합리적인 발견들을 일반계시 안에서 비판적으로 수용함을 전제로 청소년 범죄 등 문제에 대한 대안을 심도 있게 고찰하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study is a preliminary study for this study, and its scope is limited to juvenile crime and problem behavior. The reason for focusing on youth among crimes and incidents in various societies was concerned about the possibility of developing into adult crime in the future in addition to the deterioration of the quality of youth crime. In the case of powerful and serial offenders who make the world noisy, the social maladjustment factors of adolescence are found to have a significant effect. Therefore, we will investigate as many cases of adolescent problems as adult criminals. In addition, the current status and problems of juvenile crime will be analyzed, and the general countermeasures of national society will be reviewed based on the problem analysis. The lack of institutional or realistic responses as a fundamental measure of juvenile crime has been shown by several studies. The core task of this study is theological approach and countermeasures. Most of the preceding research has seen biblical perspectives on youth issues and calls for rehabilitation efforts to be cared for, restored, and counseled. It is a reality that world events, created and operated by God but distorted by the fall of mankind, are frequent. Christian pathology seriously explores the heritage of the Christian tradition, centering on the authority of the Bible as a special revelation. It will also consider alternatives to problems such as juvenile delinquency on the premise of critical acceptance of the rational discoveries of modern psychology in general revelation.
