국문 초록

이 연구는 1991년 창간호를 발간한지 28년째 되는 한국공안행정학회보의 가치와 위상에 관한 역사적 과정들을 평가하고 2003년 학술진흥재단에 등재후보지로 선정된 이후 16년간 게재된 총 668편의 논문을 실증적으로 분석하여 공안행정 분야의 연구경향성에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 토대로 향후 공안행정 연구 분야에 대한 연구 방향과 발전을 위한 요인 등에 대하여 제시하고자 한다. 한국공안행정학회보의 역사성에 대해 살펴보기 위해서 창간호부터 현재에 이르기까지 역대 발간사와 학회장들의 면담을 통해 한국공안행정학회보의 성립과 발전과정 및 역사적 가치를 조망해보고 연구경향성과 관련해서는 등재후보지 선정이루 게재된 총 668편의 게재 논문을 선행연구를 통한 분류방법의 설정을 통해 분류하였고 이를 계량적 분석을 통해 그 결과를 검토하였다. 이를 통해 그간 연구의 흐름과 향후 방향성에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 연구를 통해 우리 학문의 역사적 흐름과 가치를 제대로 이해하고 학문적 경향성과 문제점을 파악하여 이를 개선하고 노력하고 공안행정 분야의 발전과 학문후속세대의 학문연구에 대한 올바른 방향성을 제시해 주고자 한다.

영문 초록

This research will evaluate historical processes on the value and status of the Korea Public Security Association, the 28th anniversary of its publication in 1991, and examine the research trend in the public security administration field by empirically analyzing a total of 668 papers published over the 16 years since it was selected as a candidate for the list by the Korea Foundation in 2003. Based on this, we will present the direction of future research on public security administration research and factors for development. To look at the history of the Korea Public Security Association, through meetings with publishers and academic directors from the first issue to the present, we studied the establishment, development process and historical value of the Korea Public Security Association, and classified a total of 668 published papers that were selected for registration through prior study, and reviewed the results through quantitative analysis. Through this process, we wanted to look at the flow of research and future direction. Through this study, I will properly understand the historical trends and values of our studies, identify academic trends and problems, improve them, and present the right direction for the development of the public security administrative sector and the academic research of the junior generation.
