국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 문화공간의 특성이 강하게 드러나는 홍대와 인사동 주변지역을 중심으로 지역 방문자들의 문화가치와 공간성에 대한 인지 및 만족을 분석하는 데에 초점을 두었다. 본 연구의 분석방법은 다음과 같다. SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기초 통계분석, 요인분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 진행하였다. 2019년 7월, 홍대와 인사동 주변지역을 방문하는 10대에서 50대 이상의 남/녀 모집단으로 1:1면대면 직접 설문조사를 진행하여 332부를 최종 유효표본으로 선정하고 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 문화특수성은 충성도에 미치는 영향력은 높게 유의하나, 방문만족도에는 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공간기능성은 방문만족도에 미치는 영향력은 유의하나, 충성도에는 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 문화다양성, 공간유희성 및 지역인지는 방문만족도와 충성도에 모두 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 방문만족도는 충성도에 높은 유의한 영향력을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 문화가치를 기반으로 하는 지역개발에 있어 차별성 있는 도시 문화공간을 모색하는데 의미 있는 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition and satisfaction of the cultural values and spatiality of local visitors, focusing on the areas surrounding Hongdae and Insa-dong, where the characteristics of cultural spaces are strongly revealed. The analysis methods of this study are as follows. Basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, and structure equation analysis were performed using the program fo SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 18.0. In July 2019, 332 parts were selected as the final valid sample and analyzed by conducting a face-to-face survey of male and female populations in their teens and over 50s who visited Hongdae and Insa-dong. The results of the following studies have been derived: First, it was shown that the influence of cultural specificities on loyalty was highly significant, but it was rejected because the visit satisfaction was not significant. Second, it was shown that spatial functionality was rejected because of its significant impact on visitor satisfaction but not loyalty. Third, it was shown that cultural diversity, spatial playfulness and recognition of region had a significant impact on both visit satisfaction and loyalty. Finally, the visit satisfaction was shown to have a significant impact on loyalty. Through the above research, meaningful implications were presented in the search for a differentiated urban cultural space in regional development based on cultural value.
