국문 초록

매장 주택은 한국의 임대 시장의 주택 공급에 중요한 역할을하며 거주지와 일정한 이익을 얻는 구식 수단 중 하나입니다. 점포는 점포와 집의 조합으로 구성되어 있으며, 2020 년부터 금융 자산이 많지 않은 베이비 붐 세대가 퇴직하기 때문에 주민의 만족도를 분석 할 필요가있다 .이 연구는 매장 주택에서 거주 및 매장 거주자의 사용 만족도를 향상시키는 데 각 요인의 영향을 평가했습니다. 그렇게 할 때 다중 회귀 모델이 주요 방법론으로 사용됩니다. 표준 회귀 계수 (β)로 판단 할 수있는 종속 변수의 영향에서 주택의 구조 및 단위 시설 만족도와 거주지의 근린 생활 시설 만족도 사이의 관계는 가게의 집의 만족. 이 연구의 주요 의미는 다음과 같습니다. 정부 개입 정책은 주택 비용과 매장 주택의 경제적 만족도와 관련된 주택 임대료에 우선 순위를 두어야하지만, 건물 소유주의 동의는 주택 비용과 매장 임대료의 안정성을 가져올 수 있습니다. 안정적인 주택 비용과 매장 임대는 임대 수요의 확대로 이어질 수 있으며 단지 활성화와 같은 긍정적 인 효과를 기대할 수 있습니다.

영문 초록

Store housing plays a major role in the residential supply of the rental market in Korea and is one of the old-age contermeasures to obtain a certain profit with residence. It is a point that the store house is composed of the combination of the store and the house, and it is necessary to analyze the satisfaction factors of the residents because Baby boomer generation who don t usually have much financial assets start to retire from 2020. This study evaluated the influence of each factor on improving the satisfaction of use of the residential and store residents in the store housing. In doing so, multiple regression model is used as a main methodology. In the influence of dependent variables that can be judged by the figure of standard regression coefficient (beta), the relationship between the satisfaction of the structure and unit facilities of the house and the satisfaction of the neighborhood living facilities of the residence has an effect on the satisfaction of the house of the store. The main implications of this study are as follows. The policy of government intervention should be prioritized for the housing cost and the store rent related to the economic satisfaction of the store housing, but the agreement of the owners of the building can bring stability of the housing cost and the store rent. Stable housing costs and rents of stores can lead to the expansion of rental demand and can expect positive effects such as activation of the complex.
