호텔기업에서 효과적 업무활용도를 위한 호텔정보시스템의 역할에 대한 연구

국문 초록

오늘날의 호텔산업은 급변하는 환경에 신속히 대응하고, 다양한 고객의 욕구를 충족시켜 비용 의 절감과 경영 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 호텔정보시스템을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 많은 자본의 투입으로 정보시스템을 운영하고 있음에도 불구하고 종사원의 시스템이 제대로 활 용되지 않는다면 시스템의 성공을 기대하기는 어렵다. 본 연구는 종사원의 호텔정보시스템 업 무활용도에 대한 요인으로 시스템 속성, 지원 서비스 속성, 교육의 속성으로 나누어 분석하였으 며, 호텔경영의 형태와 부서에 따른 차이를 분석하여 호텔정보시스템 속성에 대한 종사원의 업 무활용도를 실증분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 호텔정보시스템 속성과 종사원의 업무활용도 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 호텔정보시스템 속성 중 시스템의 속성과 지원 서비스의 속성이 업무 활용도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 교육의 속성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한, 호텔정보 시스템 속성과 업무활용도 간의 관계는 호텔경영의 형태에 따라 차이가 있을 것이라는 가설을 검증한 결과 호텔정보시스템 속성과 종사원의 업무활용도 간의 영향관계에서 독립경영 호텔이 체인 호텔에 비해 더욱 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 호텔정보시스템 속 성과 종사원의 호텔정보시스템의 업무활용도 간의 관계에서 호텔 부서의 특성에 따른 차이를 검증한 결과로 부서 특성에 따라 업무활용도에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 호텔 경영 형태에 의한 부서의 특성에 따른 업무활용도에 미치는 영향에도 차이가 있음으로 나 타났다.

영문 초록

Today’s hotel industry adopts and operates a hotel information system to respond quickly to rapidly changing environments, meet the needs of various customers, and maximize cost efficiency and management efficiency. However, it is difficult to expect the success of the system if the system is not used properly even though the information system is operated with a lot of capital input. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the hotel information system in terms of system attributes, support service attributes, and education attributes. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of analyzing the relationship between hotel information system attribute and system utilization of employees, attributes of system and attribute of supporting service have significant influence on the utilization of business and attributes of education have no significant influence. In addition, As a result of examining the hypothesis that the relationship between hotel information system attributes and employees work utilization will be different according to the type of hotel management, It was found to have a significant effect. Finally, as a result of verifying the difference between the hotel information system attribute and the work utilization of the hotel information system of the employees, it was found that there was a difference in the effect on the work utilization of the department according to the characteristics of the hotel department, but also o n the work u tilization a ccording to t he c haracteristics o f department b y type.
