인도 차산업의 정책적 발전 방향에 대한 연구

국문 초록

인도 차 산업 현황은 노령화된 차나무와 차 재배 면적의 한계, 그리고 숙련된 노동력 부족으로 차생산량의 차질을 가져오고 있다. 이는 생산단가의 상승을 가져와 경쟁국인 케냐와 비교하여 국제시장에서의 경쟁력을 약화시키고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 차 산업의 발전을 위해 이미 조직화된 시스템 속에서 잘 분석한 다각적인 연구 및 실천이 필요할 것이다. 이를 위한 인도정부의 적극적인 지원 정책을 살펴보면 첫째, 차의 재배지 특성에 따른 차나무 재배 기술을 개발하고 생산의 기계화 및 숙련된 기술을 위한 교육이 필요하다. 둘째, 세계적으로 가장 많이 소비되는 CTC 생산량을 늘리고, 벌크 형태의 수출에서 고품질 상품의 다양화를 도모한다. 셋째, 국내외시장의 마케팅을 강화하여 차 상품의 홍보를 적극적으로 해야 한다. 넷째, 차 산업 발전을 위해 연구 기관을 활성화하고 인적자원의 복지 혜택과 교육을 지원하여 적극적인 차 산업이 활성화 되도록 연차적으로 지원을 아끼지 않아야 한다. 다섯째, 차 진흥청에서 허용된 차의 품질 보증마크 로고를 지리적 표시로 등록함으로서 차의 품질과 신뢰를 높일 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이와 같은 지속적인 인도의 차산업 정책방향에 따른 실천결과의 분석 연구가 필요하다. 특히 인도는 옛부터 환경 친화적이고 청정한 차 생산지이다. 인류의 정신적․육체적․사회적 건강을 위한 특별한 차로서 양적인 성장에 앞서 질적인 유기농차로서 자리매김을 할 수 있도록 이에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 한다고 본다. 인도차산업의 발전하는 모델을 참고하여 우리나라 차산지의 개발과 더불어 좋은 품질의 차가 개발될 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 필요하다 하겠다. 그로 인한 우리의 차산업도 다양화되고 활성화된 차산업으로 재탄생 할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

영문 초록

The current status of the Indian tea industry is causing a setback in the volume of tea production due to the limitations of aged tea trees, tea cultivation areas, and lack of skilled labor. This has led to a rise in production costs, weakening its competitiveness in the international market compared to its rival Kenya. Under these circumstances, diverse research and practice will be required to better analyze the already organised system for the development of the tea industry. If we look at the Indian government s active support policy. First, it is necessary to develop the tea cultivation technique according to the characteristics of the tea plantation, and to train the mechanization of production and the skilled skill. Second, we will increase the amount of CTC consumed the most in the world, and diversify high quality products in bulk exports. Third, we need to strengthen marketing of domestic and overseas markets and actively promote new. Fourth, the government should encourage the research institutes for the development of the tea industry and support the welfare of the human resources and education to support the tea industry. Fifth, by registering the logo of the quality assurance mark of the car permitted by the tea promotion agency as a geographical indication, the quality and trust of the tea should be increased. It is necessary to analyze and analyze the result of this continuous tea industry policy in India. An analysis of the results of India s continuous policies on tea industry is needed. In particular, India is an environmentally friendly and clean tea producer. Research should continue to be done to establish itself as a qualitative organic tea ahead of quantitative growth as a special vehicle for the mental, physical and social health of mankind. It is necessary to continue research to develop good quality tea with the development of Korean tea industry by referring to the developing model of Indian tea industry. We expect that our tea industry will be reborn as a diversified and active tea industry.
