국문 초록

본 연구에서는 직장여성의 가족관련 가치관과 일-가정 양립 갈등, 우울 간 종단매개효과를 다변량 잠재성장모형과 자기회귀교차지연모형을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국여성정책연구원(Korean Women’s Development Institute)에서 수행한 여성가족패널조사(Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families)의 4차, 5차, 6차년도의 종단 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다변량 잠재성장모형을 적용한 결과, 초기값을 중심으로 직장여성의 가족역할 가치관은 일-가정 양립 갈등을 매개로 우울에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자녀부양 가치관은 일-가정 양립 갈등을 매개로 우울에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기회귀교차지연모형에서 직장여성의 일-가정 양립 갈등과 우울 상호 간 종단매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 직장여성의 우울을 감소시키기 위한 프로그램 및 상담 개입의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 일-가정 양립 갈등과 관련된 지속적인 연구의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper was to analyze the longitudinal mediation effects of work-family reconciliation conflicts in the influence of family value orientations to depression of working women. To analyze the mutual relationship between family value orientation and work-family reconciliation conflicts, depression, Autoregressive cross-lagged modeling and Latent Growth Modeling were used. The data of this study are Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families(KLOWF)’s 4th, 5th, and 6th longitudinal data that are researched by Korean Women’s Development Institute(KWDI). First, the results analyzed by the multivariate latent growth curve model revealed that work-family reconciliation conflict had significant mediating effect on the influence of family role value orientations to depression. Also work-family reconciliation conflict had significant mediating effect on the child support value orientation to depression. Second, the result from autoregressive cross-lagged modeling showed that the longitudinal mediated effect between work-family reconciliation conflict and working women’s depression. The study result suggested a program to reduce depression of working women and the need for continuous research on work-family reconciliation conflict.
