국문 초록

이 논문의 목적은 체험주의적 시각에서 학교 윤리 도덕교육 및 교수 과정에서 학생들에 대한 도덕적 상상력을 왜 양성해야 하며, 또한 어떻게 양성할 것인가 하는 문제를 논하는 것이다. 학교 윤리 도덕교육 및 교수의 목표와 임무는 학생들의 도덕적 이해력을 높이고, 그들의 실천적 행위규범을 발견하고 창조하는 도덕적 지혜를 양성하는 것이다. 이 같은 목표 임무의 달성은 도덕적 상상력의 양성을 떠날 수 없다. 체험주의에 따르면 도덕적 상상력은 일종의 상상을 통해 자신의 다양한 행동의 가능한 결과를 식별하고 추측하는 능력이다. 이러한 도덕적 상상력 은 도덕적 판단과 도덕적 이해를 위한 인지적 기반이고 선결 조건이다. 따라서 학생들의 도덕적 상상력을 양성하는 것은 학교 윤리 도덕교육 및 교수 개혁의 중요한 목표가 되었다. 이에 이 논문에서는 먼저 인간의 인지적 구조 차원에서 도덕적 상상력 양성의 근본적인 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 다음으로 학교 윤리 도덕교육 및 교수 과정에서 학생들에 대한 도덕적 상상력 양성의 총체적인 목표와 구체적인 목표를 탐색할 것이다. 마지막으로 학생들에 대한 도덕적 상상력 양성의 경로 선택으로 도덕적 이해의 지식에 관한 강의, 추상적 도덕 개념에 대한 은유적 접근, 우수한 문학 영상 작품들의 활용, 학생들 자신의 현실 생활 서사를 진술, 교사 역할과 작용의 전환 등을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to discuss why the moral imagination of students should be cultivated and how to cultivate in the process of school moral education and teaching from the perspective of experientialism. The aim of school ethical education and teaching is to enhance students moral understanding and cultivate their moral wisdom to discover and create practical norms. However, the realization of this goal is inseparable from the cultivation of moral imagination. Moral imagination is the ability to use imagination to identify and imagine the possible outcomes of various behaviors. This kinds of moral imagination are the cognitive basis and prerequisite for moral judgment and moral understanding. Therefore, cultivating students moral imagination has become an important goal orientation of school ethical education and teaching reform. In this paper, first of all, I will present the fundamental grounds for the development of moral imagination in terms of human cognitive structure. Next, I will explore the overall goals and specific goals of fostering moral imagination for students in school moral education and teaching. Finally, as a path selection of moral imagination training for students, I suggest lectures on the knowledge of moral understanding; metaphorical approach to abstract moral concepts; use of excellent literary visual works; statements on the narratives of students their own real life; and transition of teacher s role and action etc.
