A Study on the Competency Based Curriculum of International Trade in the 4th Industrial Revolution

국문 초록

Purpose : Caused by ICT technical innovation, the 4th Industrial Revolution is expected to largely change trade. Namely, the trend will change to the fusion of goods and services, integration of goods development and consumption and Cross-Border E-Commerce in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to develops the core competency to the expert of international trade in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Research design, data, methodology : Making use of Delphi analysis method and focus group interview, this study develops the core competency indispensable to the expert. Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) is to develop curriculum by focusing on competency to perform specific job rather than on the acquisition of knowledge. Results : According to analysis, 7 new subjects were developed. Especially, applied analysis of big data, theory on fusion goods, digital marketing, International E-business, business statistics, etc. were suggested as curriculum proper to the competency related to the 4th industry. Conclusions : The capability of big data analysis, problem solution capability of E-commerce and creation capability will be requested to trade expert in the 4th Industrial Revolution.

영문 초록

ICT 기술혁신에 따른 제4차 산업혁명은 무역에 있어서도 큰 변화를 일으킬 것으로 예상된다. 즉, 4차 산업혁명시대에는 상품과 서비스의 융복합, 상품개발과 소비의 통합, 그리고 Cross-Border E-Commerce로 변화할 것이다. 따라서 무역전문가에서도 빅데이터 분석이나 E-commerce에 대한 문제해결 능력과 창의·융합 능력이 요구될 것이다. 본 연구는 델파이 분석방법과 표적집단면접법(Focus group interview)을 이용하여 4차 산업혁명시대 국제무역전문가가 가져야 할 핵심역량을 개발한 것이다. 역량기반 교육과정(Competency Based Curriculum: CBC)은 지식의 획득이 아닌 특정 직무를 수행할 수 있는 역량에 초점을 두고 교육과정을 개발하는 것이다. 분석결과 7개의 신규교과목이 제안되었다. 특히, 4차 산업관련 역량에 맞는 Curriculum 으로는 빅데이터응용분석, 융합상품론, 디지털마케팅, International E-business, 비즈니스통계학 등이 제안되었다.
