청소년 정서 교육과정 구성방안

국문 초록

오늘날 우리사회의 급변성ㆍ다양성ㆍ복잡성으로 인하여 우리는 정서적 갈등이나 혼란을 경험하는 경우가 종종 있다. 특히 청소년들은 그들이 처한 상황이나특성 때문에 그 정도가 더 심할 것이라 판단된다. 전인교육을 위해서는 지적ㆍ도덕적 교육과 더불어 정서교육이 필요하다. 이 필요성에 따라 청소년 정서 교육과정의 구성방안에 관하여 고찰하여 보았다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지적 학습의 수단적 목표로서 정서발달을 위하여, 과제관여적 수업활동을 교육과정으로 구성ㆍ운영ㆍ평가할 수 있다. 이 교육과정을 통해 지적 학습을 위한 완성감ㆍ효능감ㆍ성공감 등의 정서를 발달시킬 수 있다. 둘째, 자아정체감 확립을 위한 정서발달을 위하여, 현실적이면서도 긍정적이고 안정된 정서를 발달시키는 역할을 선택하는 다양한 역할탐색의 기회를 제공하는 교육과정이 구성ㆍ운영ㆍ평가되어야 한다. 셋째, 자아실현을 위한 정서발달을 위해서, 정확한 현실적 자아개념에 기초한 이상적 삶의 목표 성취를 위한 현실적ㆍ안정적ㆍ긍정적 정서를 발달시키는 유의미 경험을 교육과정으로 구성ㆍ운영ㆍ평가해야 한다. 그리고 자아실현에 방해가 되는 정서 갈등, 혼란이나 충동 등에 대한 인식ㆍ조절 능력을 함양하는 전략이나 활동이 교육과정을 이루어야 한다. 이 교육과정은 지적 학습과 역할 탐색에도 적용된다.

영문 초록

Because of the rapid changeㆍvarietyㆍcomplexity of our society, today we often experience emotional conflict or confusion. Especially, it seems to be serious at adolescence more than adulthood or childhood, due to adolescent circumstance or trait. For the whole-education, emotional education is need with intellectualㆍmoral education. According to this necessity, curriculum plan for adolescent emotional development was discussed in this study. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, to develop emotions as mean-objectives of intellectual learning, taskinvolved instructional activities that develop feelings of masterㆍcompetenceㆍsuccess must be constructed, practiced, evaluated as emotional curriculum. Secondly, to develop emotions for self-identity establishment, the curriculum that gives opportunity of various role-explorations that develop realisticㆍpositiveㆍstable emotions must be constructed, practiced, evaluated. Thirdly, to develop emotions for self-realization, the curriculum that improves self-awarenessㆍregulation ability of the emotional conflict, confusion or impulsion that hinder self-realization should be constructed, practiced, evaluated. And the curriculum that develop realisticㆍpositiveㆍstable emotions for accomplishing exac tㆍrealistic self-concept based life-goals must be constructed, practiced, evaluated.
