초등교사의 체육학습공동체 활동경험과 교육적 의미 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등교사의 체육학습공동체 활동경험과 교육적 의미를 탐색하기 위하여 2014년 3월부터 12월까지 K도에 소재한 K초등학교에서 질적 사례연구에 기초하여 연구를 진행하였다. 자료수집은 참여관찰, 심층면담, 집단토론, 자극회상질문법, 이메일 교환, 반성일지나 협의록과 문서자료 수집 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 수집한 자료는 Spradley(1979)가 제시한 영역분석, 분류분석, 성분분석의 질적 자료 분석 방법을 사용하여 초등교사의 체육학습공동체 활동경험과 그에 따른 교육적 의미를 분석하고 이해 및 해석하였다. 초등교사의 체육학습공동체의 활동경험은 ‘실천적 지식 창출’, ‘학습 동료애 형성’, ‘학습문화의 재개념화’로 나타났다. 또한 초등교사의 체육학습공동체의 교육적 의미는 ‘수평적인 교육담론 나눔의 장’, ‘반성적 성찰을 통한 문제해결의 장’, ‘줄탁동시의 장’으로 나타났다. 초등교사들은 체육학습공동체의 활동경험을 통해 교육 현장에서 야기되는 교육적 난점과 이슈들, 교수방법 등에 대해 공통된 이해와 공통된 정서를 아우를 수 있는 교육적 기회와 반성적 사고를 경험할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was not only to investigate what activities the teachers experience, but also to interpretate the educational meaning inherent in their experiences in the Learning Community. The field work for this study based on qualitative research method was conducted by researcher at the Learning Community (tentatively named for this research) from March in 2014 to december in 2014. Datas were collected three dimensions of participant observation, in-depth interviews, field note. They were analyzed with analysis methods of domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis. The findings were as followings: First, the main activities in the Learning Community were categorized as practical knowledge creation, learning fellowship making, reconceptualization of teaching capacity. Second, the educational meanings of Learning Community were interpreted as field of sharing through horizontal education discourse, field of problem solution through reflective introspection. field of learning companion. Therefore, It is necessary to give the learning culture to the Learning Community, so that they attracts a lot of Learning Community to participate in.
