영문 초록

In these days, the prospect of job opportunities for young generation is not promising. Through the IMF crisis in the late 1990’s and the financial crisis in the late 2000’s, Difficulty creating job creation of middle-aged generation and young generation is getting severe. The government is empowered to solve the unemployment crisis and training customized Talented person beginning in 2013. The initial state of Korean model of dual system*** run by the government for arrange stable job opportunities is now settling down. The Korean model of dual systems is divided into two parts industry-education integrated-type apprentices’ school, P-tech and IPP-type for students, and solely enterprise type and dual joint-training center-type for workers. The government hopes to Diffusion the level of students enrolled at the staff level. In this study aims to Diffusion a dual system The Western Part Of Kangwon Province work-education Operational case In review. The direction of this research is to provide improvement plans after analyzing the satisfaction of students’ and workers’ for the dual system.
