국문 초록

전통적인 학교교육의 문제점을 해결하고 보완하기 위하여 초중등교육에서 e-러닝의 일종인 사이버가정학습체제가 도입되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사이버공간에서의 교수활동이 학습 태도 및 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 향후 사이버공간에서의 교수학습 활동의 방향성을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 e-러닝의 개념과 사이버 교수 전략을 분석하였다. 그리고 표본 집단을 선정하고 교수 활동 요소와 학습자 변화 요소를 변인으로 설정하였으며 2회의 설문과 1회의 면담을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 교수자의 활동은 학습자의 적극성, 상호작용성, 자기주도 학습 능력 및 e-러닝체제 적응도에 긍정적인 변화를 제공하였다 둘째, 교수자의 활동은 사교육비 감소 의향 및 학업성취도 향상 기대도에 큰 영향을 주지 못하였다. 셋째, 학생들이 긍정적으로 반응한 교수 자와의 의사소통 매체로는 게시판과 채팅 이었으며 교수자의 빠른 피드백을 선호하였다. 또한, 학습자나 학부모의 부정적 또는 중립적 변화 수준을 해결하기 위하여 학생과 학부모에 대한 인식개선 과정이 요구되며 교사의 사이버교수활동에 대한 전문성 신장을 위한 프로그램을 운영할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

As a type of e-learning scheme, cyber home Learning system(CHLS) is being introduced to solve the problems of traditional school education and supplement it. This paper sought to propose a direction for teaching and learning in cyber space by analyzing the effects of cyber teaching activities on the learning attitude. Toward this end, the e-learning concept and cyber teaching strategies were first analyzed. An experimental group was then selected, with the factors of teaching activity and change in the learning attitude chosen as the two variables. After conducting two questionnaire surveys and one interview, several results were produced. First, the teaching activity contributed to the enhancement of the learners\ positivity, interactivity, self-directed learning ability, and adaptability to e-learning schemes. Second, the teaching activity had little influence on the intention to cut down private tutoring costs and expectation of enhanced academic achievement. Third, students communicated mainly with the teacher to whom they responded favorably using media such as the bulletin board and chatting. Therefore, a process designed to improve the understanding of students and parents is essential in dealing with negative or neutral change levels from learners or parents. Finally, programs to enhance teachers\ expertise in cyber teaching activities are also recommended.
