국문 초록

이 연구는 초등 예비교사의 초등학교 국어 수업 실습에서 이루어지는 반성적 사고의 내용을 살펴보고, 초등 교사의 수업 전문성 신장을 위한 반성적 교육실습의 방향을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 교사는 반성적 실천가로서, 자신의 수업에 대해 반성적으로 사고 할 수 있는 능력이 필요하며, 이러한 반성적 교육실습의 관점을 바탕으로 수업 전문성이 발달된다. 초등학교 예비교사들이 산출한 국어 수업 반성적 사고 활동에는 교사가 수업에서 의사 결정을 하기까지의 과정적인 측면과 반성적인 사고의 내용적인 측면이 모두 나타나 있다. 연구 대상은 2004년부터 2007년에 이루어진 한국교원대학교 초등 교육과 3학년 2학기 교육실습에서 이루어진 반성적 사고 내용을 담은 포트폴리오를 중심으로 고찰하였다. 초등학교 예비교사의 국어 수업에 대한 반성적 사고 내용을 수업 단계 면과 초등국어 교과의 특성 이해면으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 교육실습은 예비교사가 학습자의 관점에서 교사의 관점으로 변화해가는 실제적 과정이다. 초등 교사의 수업 전문성 향상을 위해 반성적 수업 실습 프로그램을 보다 강화해야 한다.

영문 초록

This study is designed to propose the desirable direction of reflective education practice program to strengthen the teaching professionality of the elementary school teacher by examining the contents of reflective thinking which is practiced at the classes of the elementary korean language education by the preservice teacher. The teacher, as reflective practicer, needs the reflective thinking ability, and by developing this ability, the korean language teaching professionalism can be enhanced. In the korean elementary language education reflective thinking activities which were collected by the preservice teachers, there are both aspects of contents, the one is the process before the making decision and the other is reflective thinking contents. This study was based on the reflective thinking activities of the korea National University of Education students and graduates during the six years(from 2004 to 2007). I examined the preservice teacher\ s reflective thinking class contents of the elementary korean language education by the class levels and peculiarity of the elementary curriculum. Educational practice of the preservice teacher is actual process which helps to change the point of view from the learner\ s to teacher\ s. So it is imperative to strengthen the reflective class practice program to enhance the teaching professionality of the elementary teacher.
