국문 초록

이 연구에서는 재배 교육에 대한 현장 적합성 실천 전략을 제시하였다. 재배 교육의 현장 적합성을 높이기 위한 방법으로 연구자는 프로젝트 교수․학습 방법을 제안하였는데 이는 장기간에 걸쳐, 노동 집약적으로 이루어지는 재배 활동의 특성상 프로젝트 교수․학습 방법으로 구성하기 용이하기 때문이다. 프로젝트 교수․학습방법은 각 단계별 절차가 존재하는데 이 절차에 따라 재배 교육의 내용을 세분화하면 누구나 쉽게 재배 활동에 접근할 수 있을 것이다. 이 때문에 프로젝트 교수․학 습에 기반한 재배교육은 그것의 현장 적합성을 높인다는 측면에서 매우 적절한 방안이 될 수 있다. 이 연구에서 제안한 실천 전략은 목적설정, 계획, 실행, 평가 단계로 이루어져 있다. 이는 2009 개정 교육과정에서 제시하고 있는 프로젝트 교수․학 습 방법에 따른 것으로 각 단계별 세부 내용은 다른 프로젝트 모형의 활동 내용을 참고하여 현장 적합성을 높이는 관점에서 새롭게 구성하였다. 프로젝트 교수․학습에 기반한 재배 교육 실천 전략은 재배 교육에 대한 교사의 관심과 실행 의지를 높 이는 한편 그동안 재배교육의 주요 교육적 가치로 여겨져 왔던 인성함양의 차원을 넘어, 자율, 자주, 주체성을 기르는 민주시민 교육으로서의 새로운 가치를 재배 교육에 더할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, It proposed the classroom-friendly implementation strategy as a means to improve the teacher’s efficiency and performance. The researcher’s proposed project method of classroom friendly implementation aims to improve agricultural education because currently agricultural education is labor-intensive and requires a long period of time. The project method proposes a four part training process. When divided this way the contents of agricultural education become more accessible for teachers and students. The training process will also make teaching the activities of agricultural education easier and more efficient. In this study, The classroom-friendly training process consists of four parts: the purposing stage, the planning stage, the execution stage, and the evaluation stage. Its basic procedure is modeled after the project method in the 2009 Practical Arts’s curriculum. The details of its procedure have been developed with reference to the activities of other project method models. Through this, the project method model developed in this study improved the classroom-friendly implementation of agricultural education. Another effect of it is to develop an autonomous and self-identity beyond develop the personality. Because the effect of agricultural education in addition to the effect of project method.
