통합교육환경에서 SNS(Social Network Service)활용 협력학습을 통한 비장애학생의 장애이해 태도와 장애학생의 쓰기능력 변화 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 통합교육환경에서 SNS활용 비장애학생과 장애학생의 협력학습을 통한 상호작용 분석을 통해, 비장애학생의 장애이해 태도변화와 장애학생 쓰기능력의 변화과정을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 K중학교 2학년 비장애학생 6명과 학생 3 명을 대상으로 SNS활용 협력학습을 7차시 수행하였다. 비장애학생의 장애이해 태도를 알아보기 위하여 면담을 실시하였으며 장애학생의 쓰기능력은 SNS 게시글의 분석을 통하여 변화과정을 알아보았다. 그 결과, 비장애학생은 ‘염세주의-절망’, ‘손 상된 성격 고정관념’, ‘동정적 사회적 고정관념’, ‘행동오해’, ‘낙관주의-인권’의 장애이해 하위 차원에서 긍정적인 태도 변화가 나타났다. 또한 부정적 태도 중 행동적태도 요소가 인지적, 정서적 태도 구성 요소에 비해 증가하였다. 한편, 장애학생의 쓰기능력은 글의 길이가 증가하였으며 글의 구성력이 향상되었다. 그러나 글의 정확성은 뚜렷한 변화과정이 보이지 않았다. 본 연구 결과 SNS의 속성인 신속성, 친목성, 즉각적 피드백 등을 반영하여 학습 환경을 구성해야 하며 협력학습의 과제는 장 애학생과 비장애학생에게 긍정적인 상호작용이 촉진되는 과제를 제공할 때 장애학생의 동기와 흥미가 독려될 수 있고, 장애학생의 학습을 촉진시킬 수 있음을 보여준다.

영문 초록

In this study, we investigated the changes of non-disabled students attitude towards disabled students and disabled students writing skills by analyzing an interaction in SNS-based collaborative learning between non-disabled students and disabled students. We offered seven sessions of SNS-based collaborative learning to six non-disabled students and three disabled students in second grade of K Middle School in Gyeonggi-do. In order to examine non-disabled students attitude towards disabled students, we conducted the interveiws. We analyzed the changes of writing skills of disabled students by the examination of their writings on the SNS postings. As the result, positive changes of non-disabled students attitude were found in Pessimism-Hopelessness, Derogatory Personality Stereotype, Benevolent Social Stereotype, Behavioral Misconception and Optimism-Human Rights. In addition, the frequency of behavioral attitude components of negative attitude had been increased more than cognitive and emotional attitude components. On the other hand, in relation to disabled students writing skills, the length of writing became longer and their organizing abilities of writing had been improved. However, no clear changes in the accuracy of writing were observed. In conclusion, these findings demonstrated that in order to promote disabled students’ motivation, it is a necessity of learning environment, which reflects immediacy, friendly sociability and immediate feedback of SNS, and assignments of collaborative learning should be designed to promote a positive interaction between disabled students and non-disabled students.
