국문 초록

본 연구는 스포츠강사의 이직에 대한 태도 유형과 그 특성을 주관적 구조로 파악하여 스포츠강사의 이직에 대한 태도를 이해하고 이직을 예방하는 방안을 모색하며 스포츠강사제도의 개선방안을 찾는데 유용한 근거 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 주관성을 구조화하여 심층적으로 나타낼 수 있는 Q 방법론을 사용하였다. 심층면담과 문헌고찰을 통해 Q 표본을 최종 40개 추출하였고, 강원도 지역에서 근무하고 있는 스포츠강사 40명을 P표본으로 하여 이들이 40개의 Q 표본을 9점 Q 표본 분포도 상에 강제분포 하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC-QUANL program을 통해 각 항목의 표준점수, 주요인분석을 이용한 Q 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석한 결과 스포츠강사의 이직에 대한 태도는 총 4가지 유형이 확인 되었다. 긍정적 사고 방식형, 친화적 관계 필요형, 개인적 가치 추구형, 수동적 자아 성찰형으로 유형에 의해 설명된 전체 변량은 36.05%였다. 제 1유형은 긍정적 사고 방식형으로 명명하였다. 제 2유형은 친화적 관계 필요형으로 명명하였다. 제 3유형은 개인적 가치 추구형으로 명명하였다. 제 4유형은 수동적 자아 성찰형으로 명명하였다. 이상의 결과는 스포츠강사의 이직에 대한 태도를 설명하고, 스포츠강사가 생각하는 이직의 의미와 본질에 대한 정보를 제공해 줌으로써 각 유형별 특성에 따라 스포츠강사제도의 처우개선이 이루어지는데 필요한 근거자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study is a sports instructor turnover subjective attitude types and their characteristics to identify the structure of the turnover for sports instructors to understand the attitude of looking for ways to prevent turnover and sports instructors find ways to improve the system based on useful data provide study. In-depth study of how subjectivity can be represented by a structured Q methodology was used. Through in-depth interviews and a literature review was extracted Q 40 to the final sample, Gangwon-do area sports instructors working in a sample of 40 people, they are P 40 Q 09 for Q samples on the sample distribution was to force the distribution. PC-QUANL program the collected data through the standard score of each item, the main factor analysis was performed using Q factor analysis. Analysis of turnover for sports instructors, all four types of attitudes were identified. The first type is a type of positive thinking was named. The second type of friendly relations required was named. The third type of pursuit of personal value type was named. The fourth type is a passive form of self-reflection was named. We has explained the sports instructors attitude on turnover and provided the information on how sports instructors thought of the nature and meaning of turnover. The result of the current study could be used as reference material in improving labor conditions in the field accordingly.
