국문 초록

급식 서비스 속성과 전반적 급식 만족도 간 대칭적 관계 연구 위주의 기존 연구의 한계를 보완하여 본 연구는 고객만족 세 요인 이론을 적용하여 경기도 시화 반월공단에서 일하는 외국인 근로자를 대상으로 이들의 급식만족 속성이 전반적인 급식만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 비대칭 접근방식으로 조사하였다. 분석결과, 기본요인은 ‘음식의 맛’, ‘음식의 신선도’, ‘식당과 근무지와의 거리’ 로 분류되었으며, 감동요인은 ‘개별요구사항 청취 및 응대’, ‘식탁ㆍ의자의 청결’, ‘식기ㆍ식수대등의 비품청결’ 로 분류되었다. 실행요인은 ‘음식의 간’, ‘식당분위기의 쾌적성’, ‘식당의 냉난방 시설’로 분류되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 외국인 근로자 급식 만족을 높이기 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Realizing a lack of asymmetric relationship study in the past, this study investigates the asymmetric relationship between satisfaction attributes of catering food service and overall satisfaction with catering meals among foreign workers. The results of the study using the three-factor theory of customer satisfaction model showed that taste of food, freshness of food, & distance between restaurant and working place were identified as ‘basic factors’ whereas listening to and responding to individual requirements, clean tables and chairs, and clean dishes & water drinking facilities were identified as ‘excitement factors’. Seasoning of food, pleasant restaurant environment, and cooling and heating facilities were identified as ‘performance factors.’ Based on the results of the study, this study discussed the implications of the findings to improve an overall satisfaction with meals among foreign workers.
