초등교사의 체육수업 경험과 반성적 성찰에 관한 셀프연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등교사의 수업 운영 경험에 대한 자기반성적 성찰을 통해 수업 준비와 실천의 과정에서 일어나는 일들을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 이 연구는 연구자 자신을 연구참여자로 선정하여 1998년 3월부터 2016년 11월까지의 내용을 연구자의 자극회상 질문지, 연구자의 수업일지를 자료로 수집하였고, 귀납적 범주 분석 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구에서 연구참여자는 1기부터 5기까지의 체육수업 경험을 탐색한 결과, 교사 1기에서 낯설음에 버티면서 노력하기, 교사 2기에서 교수전략의 구안과 연수 참여, 교사 3기에서 프로그램의 개발로 학습의욕 고취, 교사 4기에서 교수․학습 설계를 통한 수업 운영 그리고 교사 5기에서 학습자의 수준 고려와 효율적 교수․학습 등으로 범주화되었다. 논의에서는 체육수업의 효율성과 관련하여 수업 준비, 수업 운영 그리고 전문성 향상 방안을 분석하고 해석하였다. 체육수업에서 수업이 의미 있게 반성되어 실천의 과정으로 투입되기 위해서는 수업을 운영 하는 교수자의 관심과 열정이 교수학습의 개선과 맞물려 들어갈 때 교육적 성과를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore what is happening in the process of preparing and practicing classes through self-reflective reflection on the teaching and learning experience of elementary school teachers. In this study, the researchers themselves were selected as research participants, and the researchers stimulus recall questionnaires and classroom diaries were collected and analyzed using the inductive category analysis method. In this study, the researchers searched for experience of physical education classes from the 1st to the 5th grade, and found that they tried to be unfamiliar in the first stage of the teacher, participated in the planning and training of the teaching strategy in the second stage, The development of learning motivation, the operation of instruction through teaching and learning design in the fourth term, and the consideration of the level of learners in the fifth period and effective teaching and learning. In the discussion, we analyzed and interpreted the preparation of class, operation of class, and improvement of professionalism in relation to efficiency of physical education class. In order for the class to be reflected in the meaning of physical education class and to be put into the process of practice, it became an opportunity to confirm that the interest and enthusiasm of the teacher who runs the class can improve the educational performance when it is combined with the improvement of teaching and learning
