플립러닝(Flipped-Learning)을 활용한 간호대학의 핵심기본간호술 교수 ·학습모형 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 간호대학 학생들의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위한 플립러닝을 활용한 교수·학습모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1) 기존에 개발된 실습교육을 위한 플립러닝 모형과 핵심기본간호술 교육과 관련된 문헌 분석을 실시하여 플립러닝을 활용한 핵심기본간호술 교수·학습모형을 개발하고, 2) 모형의 타당화 작업을 위하여 2015년 5월-12월, 2016년 7월-12월 총 2차에 걸쳐 수업에 적용하였다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면 우선 플립러닝을 활용한 핵심기본간호술 교수 · 학습모형에는 사전단계(Preparation), 사전학습연계(Relevance), 팀활동 (Team activity), 사후성찰(Reflection)의 4개의 수업 단계를 포함하고 있으며, 각각의 단계에 필요한 구체적인 교수활동과 학습활동이 제시되고 있다. 다음으로 개발된 교수·학습모형을 실제 수업에 적용한 결과 학습자들의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신 감이 향상되었으며, 학습자들의 각각의 수업단계에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교수자 측면에서는 교과목 운영 맥락에 기반한 실증적 연구라는 점에서 플립러닝 활용 수업에 구체적인 가이드의 역할을 할 수 있을 것이며, 학습자 측면에서는 4단계에서 제안된 구체적인 학습활동이 핵심기본간호술 학습에 대한 몰입도를 증가시켜 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 되는 효과가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching and learning model using flipped learning for improving nursing students’ confidence in practice of core fundamental nursing skills. For this purpose, this study 1) developed a teaching and learning model using flipped learning for core fundamental nursing skills through literature review about already developed flipped learning models for practical education and other educational models for core fundamental nursing skills, and 2) applied it to one course about core fundamental nursing skills for validating the model. The overall results of this study showed that the teaching and learning model using flipped learning consisted of four main steps: ‘preparation,’ ‘relevance,’ ‘team activity,’ and ‘reflection,’ and sub sequent, specific teaching and learning activities. In addition, the results indicated that the teaching and learning model using flipped learning for core fundamental nursing skills improved nursing students’ confidence in practice of core fundamental nursing skills and learning satisfaction of each steps of the course. The results imply that the model can offer instructors with specific guidelines based on meaningful evidences with the context of real instructions. They also imply that it can improve the levels of students’ learning flow with specific learning activities in each four steps in the model, and make positive effectiveness of collaboration with their peers.
