국문 초록

조직차원에서 직원들 간의 감성과 관계는 매우 중요하다. 그 이유는 직원들 간의 프렌드십이 기반이 된 직장 내에서는 서로 격려하며 업무를 수행하므로 효율성 증대와 직원들의 태도개선에 좋은 결과를 가져오기 때문이다. 본 연구는 공항에서 여객운송을 담당하는 지상직 직원을 대상으로 직원들 간의 프렌드십이 조직효과성(조직몰입, 이직의도, 직무만족)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 상사와의 프렌드십은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 상사와 동료 간의 프랜드 십이 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상사와의 프렌드십이 높아질수록 이직 의도는 낮아지는 결과가 나타났다. 이것은 조직생활을 함에 있어 상사와 동료를 비롯하여 부하와의 관계가 중요함을 시사하고 있다. 즉, 직원들 간의 프렌드십이 높다는 것은 조직에 대한 긍정적 태도가 증가한다는 것을 의미하므로 항공 산업의 서비스 품질과도 직결되기 때문이다. 그러므로 조직에서는 직원들 간의 프렌드십 형성과 유지를 위해 다양한 측면에서 지원해야 한다.

영문 초록

From the organizational perspective, emotion and relation among employees are extremely important. It s because the employees are likely to carry out their jobs more effectively encouraging each other if they work at the workplace based on friendship among themselves, thus bringing about the increase of organizational efficiency and improvement of their overall attitude. This study, conducted among ground crew engaged in passenger transport at the airport, sought to examine how friendship among themselves might have effect on organizational effectiveness (organizational commitment, turnover intention, job satisfaction). This study conducted multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. As a result of the analysis, the study found that friendship with their superiors had a significant effect on job satisfaction, while friendship with superiors and colleagues had a statistically significant effect on organizational commitment. In results as boss friendship got higher values, turnover intention got lower values. This suggests the importance of their relationship with the superiors, colleagues and subordinates, while they work in an organization. A high level of friendship among employees means the increase of their positive attitude towards the organization and is directly related with service quality of the aviation industry. For this reason, any related organization should render assistance and support from diverse aspects in order to build up and maintain friendship among employees.
