영문 초록

We describe the method of window control to monitor wet station based on GUI (graphic user interface) and operator is able to contol and monitor the wet station by GUI environment. The monitoring system manages database, communicates with some tasks through shared memory and displays the results by graphic device. We implement the monitoring windows of robot movement, lot tracking, recipe register and process start, and introduce animation techniques in order to represent the various states of chemical processing bath, so operator can visually monitor all the processes and alarm status at a glance.
