국문 초록

디지털트윈은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 미래 핵심기술 중의 하나로서 국가적으로도 가상국토구현이라는 목표를 설정하고 지속적인 투자를 진행하고 있다. 국토연구원에서도 가상국토 구현을 위한 디지털트윈 정책방향이라는 보고서를 통하여 제도적 근거와 정책방향을 마련하고 세부 추진전략 마련을 위한 방향을 제시하고 있다. 이에 발맞추어 건축, 토목, 도시 분야는 물론이고 이와 관련된 컴퓨터, 전자 및 정보통신 등의 분야에서도 디지털트윈관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털트윈 관련 2020년 발표된 국토연구원의 보고서의 주요 내용과 최신연구내용을 비교함으로 디지털트윈연구의 현재까지의 성과, 미비점, 향후 방향지시등을 고찰하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위하여 디지털트윈이라는 키워드를 통하여 검색된 국내 등재지 논문 50여편을 분석하고 국토연구원의 보고서와 비교분석을 하는 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통하여 국토부의 정책 제안과 비교한 디지털트윈연구의 법 및 제도, 정책, 기술 등의 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

Digital Twin is one of the future core technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and the Korean government has set a goal of realizing a virtual nation and is making continuous investments. The Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements also provides institutional basis and policy direction through a report entitled “Policy Direction and Institutional Basis for National Digital Twin” and presents directions for preparing detailed implementation strategies. In line with this, digital twin-related research is being actively conducted not only in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, and cities, but also in related fields such as computers, electronics, and information and communication.This study aims to examine the current achievements, shortcomings, and future directions of digital twin research by comparing the main contents of the report of the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements published in 2020 related to digital twins with the latest research contents. For this study, we analyzed about 50 papers from domestically registered journals searched through the keyword “digital twin” and conducted a comparative analysis with the report of the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements. Through this, implications of the law, system, policy, and technology of digital twin research were derived by comparing it with the government policy proposal of the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements.
