영문 초록

Despite the decline of the backward country districts, the aging population and the declining population rate, the relative decline is taking place in areas where urban regeneration is taking place due to lack of renewal policies. These urban regeneration projects are being made in various ways such as business, policy and community recovery. Among them, the effect of community restoration through community restoration is insufficient. Community play is a fundamental element of urban regeneration and is recognized as an important factor in determining the future of the village unit. Therefore, a new policy for the planning factor that is appropriate to the village characteristics is needed. Urban regeneration projects should be addressed from a community perspective, rather than focusing on physical facilities or economic revitalization The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors of community change and similarity between community and city, and to identify the plan elements of community city regeneration in urban regeneration policy.
