영문 초록

In Seoul, there are three business district, Cetral business district, Gangnam business district, and Yeouido business district. On the other hand, business district in metropolitan area has grown. With the growth of metropolitan office market, recently, transfer of functions of the office is being carried out from Seoul to metropolitan area. One of the reasons, high rental price in Seoul has been pointed out. In view of these relationships, there is a probability that the rental price in Seoul affects the vacancy rate in metropolitan office area. Therefore, this study analyses whether these relationships actually exists. Through this study, it will be able to consider the relationship of Seoul office and metropolitan office.
