영문 초록

Traditional retail markets has suffered from the difficulty internally and extrinsically after an opening market in 1996. Thus we analyzed the renewal effects in those market after environmental renewal and management renewal, and then we compare with hypermarket. Therefore, The purpose of this study was to examine a analysis of customer s satisfaction between the renewed traditional retail market and hypermarket. The results are as follows. The traditional retail market gets good results in Assurance , Empathy , Accessability and Merchandise . On the other hand, the hypermarket gets good results in Tangibility , Responsiveness and Assurance . And there is no significant difference between the traditional retail market and hypermarket at the results in customer s satisfaction and revisiting. This result helps us to understand the effect of the renewal project in traditional retail market and can fine out the important renewal items to effect the customer s satisfaction and revisiting in order to revitalize those.
