영문 초록

Rapid industrial development are caused centralization of the city Population. For the efficient utilization of the narrow land, Buildings be formed high rise building, also land and building take the form of intensive use as time passed. As a result the city was already saturated. according to the national economic growth, the standard of living, and level of consciousness has improved. Depending on increasing interest about improving quality of life, provider-centric housing supply has being changed to consumer-centric. because the desire of consumer has been considered. In the past, housing was used as a means of creating economic wealth. But the housing perspective and the real estate paradigm has changed. Housing is not a means to obtain economic benefits. the meaning of housing has come around to the space to guarantee a high level of personal and family life. Depending on changing the user s needs about housing outer space, it has been considered as a residential environmental factors, to live comfortably. In this study, select the case of co-housing complexes which installed public art work. depending on increasing interest about improving quality of life, provider-centric housing supply has being changed to consumer-centric. because the desire of consumer has been considered. Investigates the impact of public art works to the satisfaction of the residents residing. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data of the residential environment improvement of cohousing complexes, the result of this study will be utilizing to improve the residential environment improvement of co-housing complexes.
