위상 기반의 지적도면 구축 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 지적도면 정보의 오류 방지와 공간정보 분야에서의 활용성 극대화를 위해 인접 필지경계점 간의 위상관계를 알 수 있도록 위상 기반의 지적도면을 구축 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 실험 구현 및 분석 작업을 통해 현행 지적도면에 적용 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 위상 기반의 지적도면 모델을 설계하고 구현을 통해 사례지역에 적용해 본 결과 연구의 방법을 실증적으로 검증할 수 있었다. 분석 작업에서 총 70점의 경계점 중에서 일치하는 경계점은 20점(28.6%)이고, 나머지 50점(71.4%)은 편차의 정도는 있으나 기존 경계점과 위상입력 경계점이 일치하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 오류가 발생하고 있는 지역에 대해 조속한 정비가 필요하며, 특히 오류발생을 원천적으로 방지하기 위해서는 위상 기반의 지적도면이 구축되어야 한다고 판단된다.

영문 초록

This research aims to propose how to establish a cadastral map based on topology to identify topological relationship between neighboring boundaries of land parcels and ultimately to avoid error of cadastral maps and maximize utilization in the spatial information. And it intends to find whether it is applicable to the current cadastral map through experiment and analysis. As a result, we could empirically verify the research methods after designing a cadastral map model based on topology and realizing it and ultimately applying it to a certain region. In the analysis process on a total of 70 land boundaries, the consistent land boundaries are 20 points (28.6%) and the remaining are inconsistent between the existing land boundaries and those in topology-based maps with a deviation. Therefore, it is needed to revise regions with errors and establish a cadastral map based on topology to prevent errors fundamentally.
