지적원도를 이용한 북한지역 토지이용현황 분석

국문 초록

본 논문에서는 현재 국토교통부에서 수행하고 있는 북한지역 지적원도 정보화 사업의 추진상황을 소개하고, 북한지역 지적원도 정보화 성과를 이용하여 과거 북한의 토지이용현황 및 지적현황을 분석하였다. 또한, 북한 지적원도의 활용 가치 및 한계성을 검토하고, 향후 북한지역 토지정보 구축방안을 제안하고자 하였으며, 북한 지적원도 정보화 사업의 소개와 시범 구축된 성과를 이용하여 100년 전 당시 북한지역의 토지이용현황과 현재 고해상도 위성영상을 중첩하여 토지경계 변화에 대한 정성적 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 북한지역의 다양한 토지정보 확보와 북한 관련 업무 및 연구에 많은 활용이 예상되며, 북한지역의 토지정책 수립에 매우 중요한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

In this paper, we introduced the progress of North Korea region original of cadastral map(original drawing map) information of business, which is undertaken by the current Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, By using the results of the North Korea region original of cadastral map information technology, we analyzed past land usage and regional status of North Korea. In addition, we proposed the future construction method for North Korea s land information through examining the value and limitations of North Korea original of cadastral map, A qualitative analysis of changes in the boundary via superimposition of the current high resolution satellite images over North Korea s land use maps from a hundred yeard ago was also conducted by introducing how North Korea uses its original of cadastral map information technology and utilizing the demonstration outcomes. As a result, this study can be leveraged for securing a variety of land information of North Korea region, North Korea-related businesses and researches and most significantly, establishing North Korea s land policies.
