지적분야 NCS학습모듈 개선에 관한 연구

국문 초록

현 정부는 현장중심의 자격제도 개선의 일환으로 각각의 산업직무별로 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 개발하고 이에 대한 교육목적으로 종목별 학습모듈을 개발하고 있다. 현행 지적분야의 NCS는 산업현장의 직무수행을 중심으로 개발되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 2015년에는 특성화고 및 전문대학의 교육교재로 활용할 지적분야 NCS학습모듈을 개발하였다. 이러한 NCS기반의 학습모듈은 향후 과정평가형자격제도의 교육·훈련에 활용할 예정이나, 교육기관의 입장에서는 고가의 장비, 기자재, 프로그램, 시스템 등을 구비하여 교육을 시킨다는 것이 현실적으로 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 지적분야 NCS학습모듈에 관한 내용을 검토하여 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안으로 수준별 학습모듈 설계기준 제시, 학습모듈의 질적향상 방안 제시, 교육·훈련에 활용 가능한 교육프로그램 지원 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The current government is developing the NCS model for each industry as a part of the improvement in the field-based qualification system, and learning module as a part of the training. The NCS model in the cadastral field is developed for the sake of job performance in the industrial areas. Based on this, in 2015, the NCS learning module in cadastral field was developed as educational materials for the specialized schools and colleges. The NCS-based learning module will be utilized as the training and education in course evaluation qualification system. However, from the point of view of educational institutions, it is difficult to carry out training by purchasing expensive equipment, items, programs, systems, etc. This study reviewed the NCS-based learning module in the cadastral field to identify the problems. After that, criteria of learning module design, quality improvement of learning module, and training programs are proposed in this study.
