국문 초록

초등학교 식생활교육의 대상자는 우리나라의 성장기 초등학생이다. 일생을 통해 이 시기는 신체의 양적 측면의 성장 발달과 기능적 측면의 확대가 이루어지는 시기이므로, 식생활을 통한 영양건강관리의 역할과 올바른 식생활행동을 형성하는 중요한 시기이다. 본 연구는 학교식생활교육의 궁극적 목표와 지향에 대한 방안 및 학교생활의 다른 요소와는 어떤 관련성을 갖는가에 대해 탐색해 보고고 이해하기위하여, 초등학교 전 학년에서 담임교사가 교과를 기반으로 한 식생활교육의 통합적용 방안을 마련하여 실제 적용해 보고자 하였다. 초등학교에서의 교과기반 식생활교육의 통합적용은 성장기 초등학생의 생 활 속에서의 식생활의 내용을 교과교육적 접근법으로 전개할 수 있도록 준비하였으며, 관련 분야에서 유기적으로 협조하여 교육의 효과를 극대화하여야 할 수 있도록 학교식생활교육에 대한 전문성과 교사중심교육으로서 통합적용하였다. 이를 통하여 본 연구에서는 초등학교 식생활교육 적용 방안 제시를 위하여 교과기반 통합적용, 학교식생활교육 환경의 통합적용 등에 대하여 논의하였으며, 이는 초등학교에서의 학교식생활교육의 정착 마련을 위한 기반이 되고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research was to apply the integrated dietary education based curriculum for elementary school. Recently dietary education in school faces an important role and as a way to solve various dietary problems, it is an imperative to do integrated application of dietary education and to systematically constructs the contents of dietary education for elementary education. Even thought elementary school student learns diverse subjects in each different place and time, the result of learning must be placed in same student mind. We were able to structuralize the nature and characteristics, educational goals, framework of contents based on subject curriculums. We have carried out the dietary education program on how and what the program is actually conducted for from first to sixth grade elementary school students. In order to teach philosophical, historical, literature, artistic, and religious elements of dietary education, efforts need to be made to specify the contents of curriculum centered on integrated subjects with consideration of development stages and to systematize them by grade and school. In the field of school dietary education, integrated dietary education has been recognized as a basis of curriculum to effectively realize the ideal dietary education of a elementary school students. We hope to achieve a standard framework for educational goal and curriculum contents for dietary education program.
