미래 지향적인 실과(기술·가정) 교육과정 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 미래 사회의 특징과 학교 교육과정의 패러다임 변화를 모색함으로써 미래 사회를 살아갈 인재에게 필요한 핵심 역량을 분석하였다. 그리고 미래학과 관련된 선행 연구 분석을 통해 실과(기술·가정) 교육과정(목표, 내용)이 미래 지향적 교육 요소를 어느 정도 포함하고 있는지 분석틀을 개발하여 평가하였다. 그리고 미래 지향적 교육에서 추구해야 할 요소와 핵심 역량을 기반으로 하여 실과(기술·가정) 교육과정이 추구해야 할 미래 지향적인 교육과정 모형을 탐색하였다. 본 연구에서 탐색한 미래 지향적 실과(기술·가정) 교육과정 모형에서 추구하는 교육의 방향은 첫째, 변화와 미래에 대처하는 인간을 기르는 교육, 둘째, 미래를 계획된 방향으로 변화시키며 창출해 나갈수 있는 인간을 기르는 교육, 셋째, 미래를 내다볼 수 있는 안목을 기르는 교육, 넷째, 다양성, 세계적 의식을 갖춘 세계인을 기르는 교육이다. 그리고 미래 지향적인 요소는 6가지로 구안하였으며 구체적인내용은 1)대안적 미래 요소, 2)변화의 요소, 3)미래를 위한 현재 인간 행동 조절 관련 요소, 4)사회적·자연적·친환경 관련 요소, 5)현대 사회의 제 문제 관련 요소, 6)미래와 관련된 가치에 관한 요소이다. 그리고 각각의 요소별 핵심적인 역량은 11가지이며 구체적인 내용은 1-1)자기 관리 능력, 1-2)정보수집 및 처리 능력, 2-1)창의력, 2-2)자기주도적 학습능력, 3-1)시민 의식, 3-2)의사 소통 능력, 4-1)친환경 유지 능력, 5-1)갈등 조정 능력, 5-2)문제 해결 능력, 6-1)다문화 이해 능력, 6-2)삶의 향유능력이다. 본 연구에서 개발된 미래 지향적인 실과(기술·가정) 교육과정을 통해 학생들로 하여금 주변으로 밀려나지 않고 미래 사회를 주도하며 살아갈 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 주역을 길러낼 수 있는 교육의 방향을 탐색할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed core abilities of students required for future society by investigating change the school curriculum s paradigm and society in the future. Its purpose is to investigate and analyze how many future-oriented educative elements are to be included in Practical arts(Technology and Home Economics) curriculum through preceding studies involving futurology. A future-oriented curriculum model of Practical arts (Technology and Home Economics) education is based on the elements that pursue the future-oriented education. The educative directions involved in the future-oriented curriculum are designed for students to obtain the following abilities: to control changing future and society, to change and create the future in a planned direction, to have insight to judge the future, and to have global points of view as a citizen of the world. The concrete elements that should be investigated in the curriculum model are as follows: an alternative plan in future, changes, behavior control in present, the social·natural·eco-environmental factor. The key abilities of each elements have 11 sub-categories : self control(1-1), information gathering and processing(1-2), creativity(2-1), self-directed learning(2-2), citizenship(3-1), communication(3-2), eco-environmental support(4-1), conflicts control(5-1), problem solving(5-2), multicultural understanding(6-1), enjoyment in life(6-2). This future-oriented Practical arts (Technology and Home Economics) curriculum is expected to maximize students ability to lead in the future while minimizing student dropouts.
