국문 초록

본 연구는 마이크로티칭이 예비유아교사의 창의적 교수효능감에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보았다. 연구대상은 경기도에 위치한 전문대학교 유아교육과 3학년 중 마이크로티칭을 수업에 활용한 학생들이며 수업 종료 후 자기평가 보고서를 작성하였다. 수집된 자료는 코딩과 범주화 등의 질적 자료 분석방법을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구에 따르면 마이크로티칭은 예비유아교사들이 객관적으로 자신을 바라보면서 문제를 직시하고 수업방법에 대한 다면적 접근 가능성을 탐색하고 개선, 발전시키켜 교사 자신이 창의적으로 수업을 진행할 수 있다는 창의적 사고효능감(creative thinking efficacy)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사의 재량에 따라 수업 운영에 필요한 다양한 전략의 활용과 방법적 적용이 가능하며 이에 따라 수업의 완성도가 달라진다는 것을 깨닫는 창의적 교수전략효능감(creative teaching strategy efficacy)에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 마이크로티칭이 예비유아교사들의 창의적 교수효능감에 영향을 미치므로 유아들의 창의성 신장과 잠재능력 발현의 중추적 역할을 담당 할 질적으로 우수한 전문적 자질을 갖춘 교사양성을 위해 교수방법의 형태로 마이크로티칭의 다양한 적용이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed an effect of microteaching on creative teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teacher. The subject of a study was the third-grade student in a department of early childhood education of a college, located in Gyunggi-do, and they were asked to form self-evaluation report. The collected data were analyzed by qualitative data analyzing system such as coding and categorization. According to this study, pre-service early childhood teachers had a chance to objectively reflect themselves and face the problems, and explore, improve, develop the multi-dimensional approaches on teaching methods through micro teaching. This affected on creative thinking efficacy, which allows to think about new ideas on the class in multi-directional views and applicable to other classes. In addition, microteaching influenced creative teaching strategy efficacy as well, which is a realization on a fact that various strategies and methodological applications can be available depends on the teacher’s discretion that impacts on the completeness of the class. This study implicates that various application of microteaching as a type of teaching is essential in order to foster high-quality, professional teachers who will play a crucial role in creativity development and potential expression of preschoolers, since microteaching effects on creative teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers.
