농촌 관광사업에 있어 주민갈등 구성요인과 만족․애착몰입․기대효과에 미치는 영향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 농촌 관광사업에 있어 지역주민갈등의 구성요인을 알아보고 지역주민의 만족, 애착 및 몰입, 기대효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 이론적 논의를 토대로 연구모형을 설정하고 연구가설을 제시하여 실증적 자료에 의한 가설을 검증함으로서 농촌관광사업의 타당성을 높이고자 함에 기본을 두고있다. 연구 방법은 관광사업과 관련된 주민들의 의견을 설문지를 통해 알아보았으며 이에 관련한 연구가설을 설정하였다. 설문지의 신뢰성과 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 신뢰성분석과 요인분석,요인들 간의 관련성을 살펴보기 위하여 상관관계분석, 가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결론적으로 농촌 관광사업에서 지역주민의 만족 및 몰입은 관광사업 관련 양적 만족도, 개발 후의 질적 만족도, 지역에 대한 애착심과 지역발전을 위한 활동몰입으로 분류하였고, 이는 개발에 거는 실질적 ․형식적 기대효과로 발전하였다. 이에 영향을 주는 갈등요인으로서 사업에 대한 집단간의 의사소통, 개발에 대한 이해, 갈등해결능력으로 구성되었다. 지역주민의 갈등을 제대로 해결한다면 농촌 관광사업은 지역주민들을 위한 개발이 될 것이며 집단 간 어우러질 수 있는 시발점이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is to analyze how to have an effect on satisfaction, commitment, expectation effectiveness using region residents s conflict management factors. To verify these actual fact, this study makes eight specific hypotheses in four dimension. In order to measure the level of diverse conflict reasons, survey methods were used. A survey is conducted in Geumsan, Yesan, Busan neighborhood agriculture. Thirteen factors from forty－five variables are selected based on reliability and validity tests. The variables of conflict reasons are as follows. The region residents goal, well－informed toward region residents or groups, well－reflected public opinion requirement, region residents profit, region residents trust toward administrators, well－reflected conflict opinion with region government and developer community, participation local government and developer community, often conversation, concurrence of compensation opinion, convergent opinions, efficient guidance, active promotion, proper compromise, mutual cooperation, leader s opinion, influence power of leader s speech are composed. These variables are contracted to 3 factors, i.e. communication, understanding of development, conflict settlement device. The results show as follows. Firstly, at the relation of conflict management factors and satisfactions, the conflict management factors have a significantly positive effect on the satisfaction factors. Secondly, at the relation of conflict management factors and commitment, the conflict management factors have a significantly positive effect on the commitment factors. Thirdly, at the relation of conflict management factors and expectation effectiveness, the conflict management factors have a significantly positive effect on the expectation effectiveness factors. Fourthly, at the relation of satisfaction, commitment factors and expectation effectiveness, the satisfaction, commitment factors have a significantly positive effect on the expectation effectiveness.
