국문 초록

본 연구는 2015 개정 미술과 교육과정의 ‘연결’에 관한 논의를 전개하고 개념을 명료화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구자는 개정 교육과정의 ‘연결’이라는 용어의 의미와 문제점을 미술과 교육과정의 전개 과정에서 내용 체계의 변경이유와 쟁점을 기준으로 고찰하였다. 또한 핵심역량과 미술과 교과역량에 비추어 체험 영역에서 연결 개념이 새로이 포함된 데 따른 타당성을 검토하였다. 연구 결과 미술과 교육과정에서 연결 개념의 신설과 관련된 쟁점에 대한 대안적 관점을 다음의 4가지로 들었다. 1) 체험, 표현, 감상의 통합적 접근으로서, 2) 연결 주체로서 학습자의 삶의 맥락을 고려한 접근으로서, 그리고 3) 교과 간 연계 지점에 대한 다각적 접근으로서 연결 개념의 지도 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 본 연구는 향후 미술과 교육과정에서 연결개념과 관련된 교수·학습의 설계와 실천에 기여하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate central issues of the key concept Connection in 2015 Revised National Art curriculum. Based on the historical development process of National Art Curriculum, this study examines the issues of the key concept Connection. In addition, the author reviews the feasibility of including the key concept Connection in the experience area based on the concept of key competencies in art curriculum. For this purpose, the author explores the problems of the term with the meaning of Connection and problems of the categorization of it. Also we analyze the justification of the changes in a system of contents, the structural elements of the key concept Connection, and the validity of its creation. In addition, this study analyzes the meaning and the educational values of Connection in art education and curriculum. As a result, the author suggests four Alternative perspectives of the key concept Connection in art education: 1) an integrated approach of Experience, expression, appreciation in art education, 2) phenomenological self-concept of the key concept Connection, 3) the multilateral approaches to find point-to-point links between subjects. Based on this discussion, this study attempts to contribute to the construction and practice of the key concept Connection in art education.
