국문 초록

본 연구는 시흥시에서 새롭게 출범하는 배곧신도시를 배경으로‘시흥시-서울대학교 CoE 교육지원센터 건립/운영 및 교육국제화특구 운영 기본 계획’을 전개함에 따라 미술교육 분야에서 공동체 중심 미술교육에 기반을 둔 ‘참여형 창의예술프로그램’을 제시하고 실행한 것을 정리한 것이다. 참여형 창의예술프로그램은 예술적 역량, 인지적 역량, 사회적 역량의 함양을 통해 학생들이 자기 자신, 사회와 주변 환경에 대한 관심을 갖도록 유도하고 타인과 더불어 살아가는 태도 및 자아를 확립하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이에 따라 연구진은 프로그램 개발과 더불어 실제 초등학교에서 프로그램을 실행해 봄으로써 참여형 미술교육의 세 가지 이론적 기반으로 “삶”, “장소”, “관계”를 도출하였다. 이 프로그램은 교과적, 공간적 한계를 극복하고, 문화예술을 체험하고 학습하는 것이 학생의 자기 구성적 학습 존재로의 성장, 타자와의 연대, 배려하는 인성 함양에 얼마나 의미가 있는가를 확인하는 데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This Research suggested “Participatory Creative Arts Program” based on the action research related to a community art education. This “participatory creative arts program” was proposed due to the newly launched Baegot-New city which is planning to operate the Seoul National University CoE Education center. The purpose of “Participatory Creative Arts Program” is inducing the students to have an interest in a society and surrounding environment by developing their artistic skills, cognitive skills and social skills. Through such skills, the students can learn the attitude which is how they live along with others and establish their identity. The research explored three principles of the program by participating in the actual school community, which is “Life base”, “Place base” and “Relationship base”. On the basis of three principles, it suggested Participatory Creative Arts Program and confirmed the effects of the program. In conclusion, this study has meaning in that the program helps student to grow up as a person who considerate of others' feelings and relationship, also student realize self-directed learning by overcoming limited school curriculum and spatial restrictions of school.
