국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육현장에서 인간다운 성품과 역량을 가진 행복한 유아교사를 양성하기 위한 인증제를 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인성교육관련 문헌고찰, 교육학 및 유아교육현장의 요구조사와 심층면담을 통해 행복한 유아교사를 위한 인성교육과 관련된 요소추출, 추출된 요소를 중심으로 목적과 목표를 설정하고, 단계별 내용을 구성하였다. 인성교육 코스별 내용에 대한 타당도와 신뢰도를 점검하기 위해 교육학전문가, 유아교육전문가, 유치원 원장에게 현장 적용 가능성에 대한 타당도를 검증받아 행복 나눔 인성+ 단계, 마음나눔, 인성++ 단계, 세상나눔, 인성+++단계의 행복한 유아교사를 위한 인성교육 인증제를 구축하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 인성교육 인증제는 유아교육현장에 나아가게 될 예비 유아 교사가 기관에서의 자신의 내면을 바르고 건전하게 가꾸고, 인간다운 성품과 역량을 기르기 위한 중요한 교육프로그램으로 적용할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a certification system to raise happy early childhood teachers with human character and capabilities in the field of early childhood education. For this purpose, this study reviewed the contents of character education and data collected through a survey and in‐depth interviews on people’s needs in the field of pedagogy and early childhood education, and then extracted factors related to character education for happy early childhood teachers, set purposes and goals focusing on the extracted factors, and designed contents for each stage. The validity and reliability of contents for each course of character education were tested by pedagogists, experts in early childhood education, and kindergarten directors, focusing on their field applicability, and then the final character education certification system was developed for happy early childhood teachers. The character education certification system developed in this study to be used in major and non‐curricular education in universities is believed to be an important course for pre‐service early childhood teachers who will work in the field of early childhood education to build a right and healthy inner personality and to cultivate human character and capabilities.
